I am the CEO of HubDigit, a BPO service provider. We provide quality and cost-effective services to our clients. We have a team of experienced and skilled professionals who are dedicated in providing the best possible services to our clients across the globe. For what projects/services did your company hire Dr Developers, and what were your goals?

We hired Dr Developers to entirely revamp our website as our old website was out dated as per the industry practices. Our goal for this was to maintain our global digital presence with the current market norms and attract quality resources to join our team.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for nearby developers and raised our query for which they were very responsive which makes me curious to have discussion with them regarding my needs. The deciding factors were their past portfolio, young and very energetic team and creativity as an add on.

They set the milestones at the start of the website development project after our initial meetup. They started from the research of our brand and propose different options. The first milestone was to create a sitemap and wireframe. This allowed them to get a better understanding of our company's structure and how we wanted our website to be laid out. The second milestone was the designing phase.

They took our wireframes and created a visually appealing website that matched our brand which was approved by us after a bit of tweaking. The third milestone was the development phase. This is where they coded our website and made it functional which was prompt without any doubt. The fourth and final milestone was the testing phase. This is where they tested our website to make sure it was working properly after which they presented their final report with QA pointers and resolutions against them which was also impressive as a deliverable. After our testing and review of their final report, we approved and the website got live.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our main point of contact was the project manager of the vendor who was very helpful in getting us set up with the right people and resources. He also helped us troubleshoot all the issues we had along the way of testing phase. Overall, he was a great resource and made our experience with the company much better. I believe, in addition to the project manager, there were two developers, one designer and one User Interface designer who were engaged throughout our project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We're starting to generate good customer leads from our new website and most appreciating is that we are attracting quality human resource. Moreover, our digital brand image has also improved. I might rate this project as a success and look forward to have them onboard for our ongoing SEO.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

One of our team member was assigned to coordinate with their team on a regular basis. Our team member and vendor's project manager conducted daily meeting over Skype / Zoom calls and then we had weekly meetings over Zoom in which i was also involved as it seems to be an interesting project to me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their professionalism, team management, expertise, and young and energetic staff are the key factors that impressed me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They delivered everything on time and their communication was good. However, we did need some support to train the staff on our premises as well, which they should consider doing in the near future. Overall, we are very satisfied with their service.

For Complete branding and brand design like brand guidelines, brand book and logo.

They were very professional and most importantly they understand our brand vision better.

Initially we provided with main idea of our company and allow them to do there research on it. Then after some day they provided initial designs, brand guidelines and brank book assets. After some revision from our side they finalized the brand book and logo with proper brand guidelines which was really appreciated by our company owner. Then they designed our website as well as per the guidelines and brand book.

In total there were 3 persons, 1st was Senior project manager, 2nd was brand designer and 3rd was graphic/web designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There branding for our company and logo was really good and our message was really appealing on it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was really easy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was really impressed with their working style and creativity they had put in our work which helped our brand to reach its true potential.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No they were really fast with the process keeping the top-notch quality of work. Which is really hard to achieve.

I am the CEO of FindMyBookings.com, a leading online travel booking site. I am also a serial entrepreneur, with a proven track record in building successful businesses.

We hired Dr. Developers to build our booking website from scratch. Their job was to gather the requirements and create UI/UX as well as develop the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We hired them because they seem promising and have a good creative and development team. They're also very responsive to feedback and open to collaboration.

The software development team started with the research and requirement gathering once we approved the documentation they presented us. They gave us the testing period after their QA team had completed the user interface and development.

Their Project Manager was our main point of contact, but there were about 3 other developers and Creative working in the background.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcome of the website was good, ui and website is optimized. The website was easy to navigate and the overall experience was positive. The content was well-written and the design was clean and modern. The website is responsive and mobile-friendly, which is important for today's users. Overall, the website is successful and meets the needs of its users

We're happy to report that everything was completed on time and communication was fine with developers and our team. We're looking forward to continuing working together on future projects

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciated the fact that they took the time to understand our industry. This allowed them to recommend tailored IT solutions that best fit our situation. Their knowledge and expertise was evident in the recommendations they made, and we are confident that we are now using the best possible IT solutions for our business. Thank you for your help!

There's no question that their initial pitch wasn't great. But there's also no question that their tech team has so much potential. They have the talent and the drive to get better.
