To design and build a full website to tell congruently tell their story and also market their services. We wanted to create images, content videos, and product placement opportunities for our premium brand.

Synergy Consulting assisted in getting us a fully functional website that we are currently running. The main benefit of this website is its mobile friendly nature that makes it very easy to access on the go. We are a pasta company located in Florida, providing dine-in and take away services to our customers. I currently enjoy the designation of Marketing Manager here.

Our competitors in the vicinity had shifted from brick and mortar to the more modern ways of interaction with customers. We were lagging, and this was evident from our declining sales due to the lack of proper platform availability to our customers to place orders.

What were your goals for this project?

We were looking to enhance our pasta sales through an easy to access mobile app that could load up quickly on the devices. We wanted a simple user interface that could make the app useful enough to increase our online orders.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I discussed the matter with one of my close friends who happens to be a tech geek. He was the one who recommended this company to us because of his experience with them. We searched online for their ratings and reviews and found them good enough to proceed further with our case.

Describe the project in detail.

I asked them to include our updated menu in the app, using which customers could easily place orders. I also asked them to give customers the ability to create accounts so they could easily reorder without going through the hassle of typing their address all over again.

What was the team composition?

They had predefined tasks for all the team members included in the project. Overall, six people from their side worked with us at various stages and helped us get over the project timely and in an organized manner.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are already experiencing an increase in the number of orders. We are still in the process of increasing awareness regarding the app via marketing and hope to see even better results in near future.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It all went really smooth. From planning to execution, they had it all covered. We really felt in the hands of professionals who knew what they were doing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their professional experience makes them stand out from the rest. The customer support is outstanding and I would like to appreciate their work ethics as well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Well, as far as this project goes, I didn't see a flaw and hence no need for improvement. But I would advise them to carry on the excellent work they are currently doing.

The primary goal was to enhance the market share and to share the burden that our store was having. We wanted to get the app in order to reduce the recurring overhead costs and the salaries being paid to employees.

They provided me with a complete mobile app for iOS. The app covers my content in detail and showed all I had in inventory. They also added the delivery feature of my products.

What was the team composition?

The teamwork was pretty extensive. Included multiple people from the initial meetings to the design stage and then the final app development. Must have been more than 10 people who worked hard for the project to be completed in time and as per my satisfaction.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Not currently, the app is in a pretty early stage right now and we are still communicating masses about our app. But I'm sure that once we've done enough promotions and marketing, the app shall be able to drive a significant volume of traffic towards us.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The team as a whole had a lot of coherence. The project management skills that they showed were amazing. It was a treat working with them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their professional behavior and skills. The team possesses a very nice bond and works in close harmony with each other. This is something I found really impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I'm can't say much about this as this is my first app being developed. I found them professional enough to handle my tasks in a proper and organized manner.
