How did you select this vendor?
We selected this vendor after finding them on Google. Me and my business partner then had a zoom call with their team. After that we checked about 3 of their references and that's when we knew we definitely wanted to work with this team.
Describe the project in detail.
We had several meetings with their team via zoom and they showed us a full presentation on several different options of what the layout and design would look like. After we chose the best one, we they then started to build both mobile apps at the same time During this process we would get progress reports and beta builds of the apps so we can play around with it. It was a superb process that they uses. We felt engaged throughout the entire time.
What was the team composition?
We worked with the CTO of Synergy during the entire time one on one. He then would introduce us to a few of the app testers just so we can collaborate with them when it came to final testing. But all in all, we worked closely with the CTO which was awesome because he served as a great project manager for us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The best outcome from our work with this team was that the apps came out so much better that we actually envisioned them. Our clients were very impressed with the user experience that they instantly told us how much time it now saved them when it came to booking our medical services.

The workflow was great. We really felt as if our views were important and their communication was very fast. There was never a time when we felt like they were in a different state.

The service providers were the health care practitioners so it had to mirror the look and feel of many of the medical platforms they were already using internally.
The end users are all the customers that are using the app to book an urgent care visit. The end user app had to be very simple to navigate as time is of the essence during a medical emergency.

How did you select this vendor?
We were informed about SYNERGy by one of our partners who they worked with previously for a website that they built for them. And I am really glad that we got to them as our experience has been great. It has been more than a year since we launched and we still reach out to them for advice as we plan to rebrand the platform after our CEO closed a new round of funding from several angel investors.
Describe the project in detail.
The SYNERGY team designed & built Android, iOS and tablet apps focused on speed and simplicity for both service provider and end user. They also built an additional platform that dynamically allows hospitals to notify users of average wait times. Lastly SYNERGY designed a proprietary analytics dashboard that tracks demographic trends and feedback from patients.
They built Super Admin capabilities such as custom reporting, emergency vs non-emergency surveys, and created a subscription enabled landing page on the web. This was not a small task but their team completed it on time and also under budget for us.
What was the team composition?
They had a team of seven individuals being led by a manager who was a very experienced CTO. That person was designated to perform the needful communication with our CEO on a weekly basis to give progress of the projects so we can provide feedback whenever necessary.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our founding physician and CEO was able to begin his pilot program with several local urgent care facilities during that summer to prove the concept before fully launching in the Fall. It turned out to be a great success and we are now moving forward with the company.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
All our demands were perfectly met and therefore the project was an overall success. We had an internal document that they provided to us where we were able to give our feedback throughout the entire process. It was very collaborative and our input felt valued.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They strictly followed all practices of project management and delivered timely results. Before hiring this team we were very concerned with the timing as we had very strict deadlines established by our CEO and the rest of the executive team.
Are there any areas for improvement?
None that I can think of. We had a good time working with this team. We have worked with several tech teams for other projects and I must say that these guys were the best.

The main benefit of this website is its mobile friendly nature that makes it very easy to access on the go.
