Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m a partner at Simonson Goodman Platzer PC. Our law firm has represented significantly injured individuals for decades. We’ve recovered money for our clients in nearly all of the cases we’ve managed, totaling to over $200 million.

We needed to create a new flagship website that ranked well on search platforms.

We wanted to attract high-quality clients and cases by enhancing our digital user experience.

We spoke with about four different design and SEO agencies, but we ultimately chose Trighton Interactive. They’re a very experienced team with a proved track record of successfully working with other law firms across the country. We felt that they were capable of delivering the best website possible.

Their creative team presented us with several design options of the website. We chose one and made some final customizations. Once we gave our approval, they developed a responsive and fast custom website for our firm. The team also implemented a series of SEO strategies to ensure we ranked near the top of the page for qualified keywords and phrases.

What was the team composition?

Trighton Interactive provided a team of five experts who collaborated as a cohesive unit. The creative director led the process, and the project manager kept us organized and on time. We also worked with a fantastic web designer, an expert developer, and a smart SEO strategist.

Our new website and marketing strategy had an immediate positive effect on the quality of the cases we generated online.

I am a partner and shareholder for a medium-sized civil trial law firm. For several years, we have provided services in the Orlando area.

I work personally with Jody (CEO, Trighton Interactive). He has a team that works under him, but Jody is our only direct contact.

We started working together in May 2013. The engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They routinely deliver metrics that establish the efficacy of their work. We’ve seen a consistent increase in the volume of leads and potential clients throughout their tenure.

How did Trighton Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

They are really easy to deal with and they understand that our time is precious. They obtain the information they need to be efficient and self-reliant. We don’t need to interact with them on a daily basis and they work with our schedule when they need to meet or have information to share. They take our suggestions for improvements and deliver results.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Some companies are technically savvy and others are very personable. Trighton is a unique balance of both. Their technical knowledge is superior and they are very easy to work with.

I can’t think of any.
