I’m a co-shareholder and the non-executive director at Jur.am, a drinking water provider.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reezalt?

We needed their team's help in our social media marketing efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We onboarded Reezalt Creative Labs upon observing that our internal team wasn't meeting our goals in the sphere of social media marketing. Their team currently handles our social media marketing pipeline, focusing on our Facebook page and Google Ads. Additionally, they support our SEO and content marketing, including any visual content we display online and our email templates.

Reezalt Creative Labs is currently in the process of reinventing our marketing approach to optimize our online presence.

What is the team composition?

We're mainly in contact with Allen (Co-Founder & Chief Creative Director) and Sirarpi (Co-Founder & Chief Executive Director), but we work with 3–4 people.

How did you come to work with Reezalt Creative Labs?

Reezalt Creative Labs reached out to me through a mutual contact. We agreed to have an initial meeting with them and eventually hired them — Reezalt Creative Labs instantly proved themselves to be a trustworthy team with reliable experience.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re highly satisfied with our partnership with Reezalt Creative Labs. We've seen our Facebook engagement grow by at least 400% since we started relying on their services, and that's enough success metric to measure the efficiency of their work.

How did Reezalt Creative Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate via email. Reezalt Creative Labs is a diligent and responsive team — they've never missed a deadline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Reezalt Creative Labs is a very adaptable partner. We work comfortably with their team because they easily integrate themselves into our processes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They have a professional workflow, but we can benefit from more innovative ideas.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to allocate enough time to communicate with their team throughout the project. Any product will turn out well if both parties have the same level of engagement.

I’m the general manager at the North Avenue Hotel here in Yerevan.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reezalt Creative Labs?

We needed a photoshoot for the hotel.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked together on a small project that involved photography. The hotel recently reopened, but we still had old photos of poor quality. We needed new high-quality photos and tasked Reezalt Creative Labs with the work. They took all the photos in one day because the hotel isn’t very big — after which they moved on to the editing process. They provided us ready-made materials in just 10 business days.

We didn’t provide any details about what we did or didn’t want, but we did give them an overview of the hotel’s concept, ideology, and branding. We trusted them to carry out the project the way they wanted to and the results were satisfactory. These photos will be used on our official website and some online travel agencies, and since the website isn’t ready yet, we gave them the parameters that the photos needed to have — they delivered according to that.

There were three people — the coordinator, the photographer, and the editor.

I had partnered with them before at another hotel that I worked at a year ago — that’s why I trusted them with the same job again.

We spent approximately $600 USD.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in July 2021 and lasted 10 business days.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The final result is quite satisfactory for us. The first batch of photos we received wasn’t what we had imagined or wanted, so we asked them to re-edit them, so the second batch ended up looking great — they understood what we wanted after that first round, and we’re still using the photos now.

How did Reezalt Creative Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

The best thing about Reezalt Creative Labs is how proactive they are in everything. They also have very good customer service, and are ready to help at all times. I probably asked them to edit the same photo about 20 times to get the results that we wanted, and they actually did it until we were satisfied. Communication started via email and then we continued through phone calls because it was much easier and faster.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like their approach to their work and customer service. I’m representing the service sector and I appreciate customer service a lot. Their approach towards completing the job the way the hotel wanted was the most important thing to us — they were ready to redo the job a few times until we got the final result.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If we had more discussions in the very beginning about the results we wanted to have, we wouldn’t have had to ask for the re-edits. More conversations before starting the project would be more effective.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust them because they are professionals and know what to do — but make sure to discuss all details you want in the end.
