• Developed and Maintain a full integration middleware between our prioprietary software with 8 different major Real Estate CRMs to give our client's a seemless experience when working with us.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We needed a solution to integrate our prioprietary CRM that our employees work out of, to all of our client's crms, so when they got a lead, it would seemlessly flow into our leads, and stay syncronus of all events between both systems.  A2K was able to achieve this with 8 different major CRMs that our client's use, and to this day continue to support and build on it for us.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our middleware they designed is able to handle millions of api calls a day, and is completely reliable.  We got exactly what we needed and wanted.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Working with our project manager was a dream.  Quite often, i could verbalize what i want, he would confirm he understood me by reinterating it back to me, then provide me with the plan the next day, and would start execution, each step of the way.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I am immediately and continue to be impressed with their work ethic and how hard they strive to give me exactly what i want, even when I struggle to explain exactly what I need.
