Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a co-founder and head of sales and growth at Haven Diagnostics.

For what projects/services did your company hire Saint Hugo, and what were your goals?

We needed a web developer and designer to move at lightning speed to help us create a website from scratch as we scaled from Squarespace to Original. Saint Hugo was not only extremely proficient, but took the time to understand our business and help us design the UI/UX and back-end of the website.

How did you select Saint Hugo and what were the deciding factors?

We went with Saint Hugo because of the mentality on how to build a website using the Google Ventures model: "Always iterate". Saint Hugo, and Goncalo specifically, designed and developed a world-class product for us and one we can happily show off to our existing clients as well as prospective clients.

The SOW was to design and develop a best-in-class website that took a complicated approach and simplified it. Saint Hugo accomplished all key milestones and helped us with the transition from Squarespace to Webflow.

Goncalo was our main point of contact and the only person we interacted with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, our paying clients were very pleased with the look and feel of the website, and they confidently showed their superiors our product.

Zoom and email were the two best methods of communications.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Goncalo's ability to understand the message we were trying to deliver while creating the storytelling for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We could have better understood the transition period and the lag time it takes for DNS to update, but beyond that, nothing.
