I run a ice cream and burger restaurant - I own it and work every day 7 months of the year. This will be our 9 th year in buisness.

OldPlanet Media is run by Andy Hunter whom my Staff feels so comfotable working with, that be became a Mentor for a senior project for one of our employees at our local school Andy does most of the services and his team provides a photographer, a web developer and a videographer

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Every time he puts in an add, we get more customers He designed a banner for a community event that was helpful getting the word out We get a lot ofggod comments on his design work

Very streamlined and allways accessible

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Always knows what to say to upset costomers and they are basically a one-stop shop for all our marketing needs.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an artist that’s focused on music and merchandise. My primary source of revenue is performance art, but I also get contracted to consult with studio engineers and artists.

What challenge were you trying to address with OldPlanet Media?

I wanted help with reinventing the brand through digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They handle everything from managing social media posts, comments, and presence to releasing new videos and songs. He also does web and product design I provide them with concepts, but they execute as my engine for social media marketing. 

What is the team composition?

I’m in contact with the CEO and another executive. There’s another marketing resource and a photographer as well. 

How did you come to work with OldPlanet Media?

In our early conversations, we found that they had experience with branding hip hop artists and understand that industry well. I met them through an open mic, even at the time they were an integral part of the rise of my music career.  

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $2,500 over the past year. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in the fall of 2010, and our collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I have zero complaints. All teams have different dynamics, and his team is very thorough to a point that can feel somewhat excessive. That isn’t a complaint because they have the tendency to go above and beyond in their work. They feel that the more informed I am, the better we’ll be able to collaborate. The team never cuts corners because they’re trying to make my brand stronger.    

How did OldPlanet Media perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Google Drive, phone calls, and text messaging to stay in contact. Our conversations have been most effective when we’re able to have a back-and-forth discussion about music and art. That way, things aren’t up to interpretation.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re committed to seeing me succeed in the long-term because the strength of our relationship is prioritized. He cares more about our partnership than he does about the revenue he earns in the short-term.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish that our time could be used more efficiently. I’d prefer 30-minute meetings to ones that last an hour.

OldPlanet Media was amazing to work with! I had a branded logo pack designed for my photography business, and Andy did a wonderful job of providing me with a variety of images I could use. He was awesome about listening to what I was looking for and incorporating it into the design! The team is the perfect choice to elevate your business!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The branded logo package was exactly what I was looking for, allowing me to watermark my image for online use, have logos in different orientations - which has been great as I send them out to groups who need to list my business. I’ve received a number of compliments on my branding since the logo design!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was great! Andy was able to communicate with me in-person as well as electronically for file sharing. He was always available when I wanted to discuss the design.

OldPlanet Media was able to not only turn around the design work quickly, but they made recommendations along the way to enhance my product!

We set up an ad campain on social media. We went from selling 0 books every day to selling 4-5 books daily!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Book sales! We had a very simple desired outcome. Sell more books and sell them consistently. This is happening!

Their project management has been and is great. This is an ongoing project and their communication is on point. Everytime I need something, they respond. They are easy to talk to and work with. Yes, they deliver on time. They actually have worked faster than I expected.

Their flexibility to fit into exactly what I need. They also do a great job of describing complex advertising stuff in a simple way.

I have made a facebook post inquiring about logo design and someone replied to my post recommending OldPlanet Media.

I needed a designer to listen to our idea and what color schemes and the business we run.  OldPlanet media was able to listen to outer input and use their creativity to create the ultimate logo designs for our companies.  Ideas and suggestions were shared and we were very pleased with the outcome.

The logo design was reflective of ky business.  My website has a great professional appearance and attracted traffic.
