The general manager and the owner would call me to ask about the team’s performance and then incorporated my feedback into their workflow. The team also had moments where they would do part of a project wrong, but they never billed us for that work. Working with their team was very simple!! We did most of the communication via email, although they were willing to use other mediums if necessary. The Creative Director saved us a ton of back/forth by staying organized and clearly communicating our feedback to the rest of the team! Their team was absolutely brilliant - 5 STARS!! I think the only improvement could have been on OUR end, there were times when we took longer than expected to provide feedback and assets, which delayed the project slightly. Nonetheless, their team was entirely professional about our delays and were very patient with us! It was very clear that they weren't simply trying to complete the project, in order to get paid (like some design firms).

The team has met all of the deadlines we set within those projects, and they've been great about giving us time estimates. The best positive about managing the projects with them is that they're highly responsive. We have a point of contact on our side who syncs up with their team, and the team’s response time is usually within an hour, no matter what time we reach out.
