What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ISKPRO is a full-service company that does everything. They've saved us a huge amount of money and time. I initially sent them an email with the YouTube videos I wanted to include in the website, and they handled everything from there. I also don't have to communicate back and forth with them. They've found a way to do everything without needing so much communication, which is amazing because I thought I’d have to do a lot of meetings with them.

How did ISKPRO Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

ISKPRO has delivered the work on time and on budget. They also communicate well with me — I've spent only five minutes on the project, and we had an initial meeting that lasted 20 minutes. Overall, it's been extremely simple on my end. We use Trello and Google Docs to keep track of everything.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ISKPRO has taken care of everything on their end. I don't have to worry about having a meeting every two weeks or constantly checking up on them. I just go to them and tell them I need a new website. I give them the basic ingredients, and they create the whole thing. I don't have to fill out long forms and go through particulars.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their service has been really good. However, they don't advertise so aggressively, so it would be helpful for them to have more advertisements like LinkedIn or Facebook Ads.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you have a website that’s five years old or more, it’s time for an upgrade. You don’t have to pay $5,000 for a website. You can get one for cheap using the new tools out there.

The team approached the project in good sized pieces and over the coming weeks we were able to give them all of the text, images, and layouts necessary to complete the design.

The project was delivered in parts.  As each section was completed we were able to review it in a sandbox environment.  From there we were able to review, highlight necessary edits, and then approve it going live.

ISK delivered exactly what we were looking for. The level of communication was immediate, consistent, but most important, they collaborated with us and took our feedback into consideration, as we did theirs. Our teams worked flawlessly together and I believe the results speak for themselves.

We contracted ISK to "reskin" our client's WordPress site. First of all, due to circumstances beyond our control, Brad and the ISK team were delayed in our start date by several months. ISK was very flexible with this which was a big relief for us. Secondly, this was the first time our client team had done a project like this and were very detailed oriented with a lot of loose ends that none of us were aware of going into the project.

Brad and team were very patient and understanding throughout the process. And lastly, the final push happened over a weekend which ISK delivered on without any pushback. Our client is very happy with the work which makes us very happy. We will definitely work with Brad and the ISK team again.

I would have liked a couple of web meetings to get milestone feedback, but this app was so simple it was not completely necessary.

I'm the founder and CEO of a specialty foods brands. We were looking to refresh and modernize our website to correspond with our increase in ecommerce sales.

Our website was developed from a very basic Shopify template. We were hoping to give the website a more elevated look and feel, update graphics and color scheme, and increase educational flow.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to ISKPRO through a local design firm we have consulted with. After my initial phone call with Alex, I believed that they were able to deliver more than what I was looking for within my budget.

We began by working on the foundation of the homepage. I was able to give examples of some of the styles and design I was drawn to on other websites. I also listed the key elements by priority that I wanted included. The team and I went back and forth multiple times in order to perfect the homepage before moving onto the inner pages.

I worked with multiple project managers, unfortunately due to covid outbreaks within their team, who were my primary points of contact. I did not work with the design team directly.

We have had increased clickthroughs on inner pages from the home page and longer lengths of time users have stayed on the site, which we interpret as users being more engaged in the new look of the information presented on the site.

We communicated best through concise, bulleted emails. It was a large amount of information to be passed back and forth, so it was important to keep the points as clear as possible. The turnaround time was usually within a week between milestone goals.

They were very generous with creating customized graphics and code to make our website stand out. The team was very helpful and clear at all steps.

I think this was an extremely difficult time operating during a pandemic and I think they did their best.

We wanted to relaunch our corporate website. My team designed the entire thing in-house, everything from the copy to the visual design. However, we needed help developing the site.

ISKPRO Inc developed our WordPress website for us. The project was split up into phases. Their team worked in HTML to build the site, incorporating our designs. They would create a staging environment, which we would then provide feedback on. Once the iteration was correct, we would test it and push it live.

We worked with five members of their team and had a point person who managed our account.

ISKPRO Inc was recommended to us by people within the industry who had a good experience working with them. They had good pricing and were able to work within our timeline. A lot of dev shops wanted to do all of the designs in-house, but ISKPRO Inc was flexible with us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website is fantastic, we love it. They did an amazing job. ISKPRO Inc understood and listened to our vision. They really delivered.

I highly recommend working with them. There was no drama, they were always on the ball. For example, one of their developers got COVID and they immediately found another developer to cover his work. To me, that showed their commitment to customer service, especially during such extreme times. 

How did ISKPRO Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a project manager who handled the bulk of the load and kept things moving at the right cadence. Our teams used Slack to collaborate, which was great because it allowed for open communication at all times. We also held weekly meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ISKPRO Inc delivers quality results for an affordable price. I never felt like I was being cheated or taken advantage of. They are a very solid, reliable, agency. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Most of the developers are based in India, so sometimes there would be a bit of a time delay. Our project manager would have to be up at really odd hours. That was the only drawback, but besides that, everything was great. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have your projects clearly defined and, once they deliver the work, check over it and give them feedback. They are very good at listening to our feedback and adjusting things as necessary. Be an involved partner to get the best results.

Before this project, we researched probably 20 other companies before making a final decision. I discovered ISK through a solid recommendation from a colleague. We selected ISKPro because of their initial transparency in their capabilities and the quality of their ideas as well as their flexible pricing structure which allowed me to plan the project around our budget restrictions. It was apparent to me that they were very capable and had a proven track record with other businesses to show for it.

ISKPro worked within a WordPress CMS using various technologies including PHP, CSS, HTML, and JS. They created robust contact forms for various types of users and customer-types, created unique visual animations, and user-specific experiences for different audiences that we identified during planning. They also implemented a live chat system, dynamic phone number displays, Lottie animations, and external platform integrations, all backed by solid analytics tracking and reporting throughout.

I would say there were probably 6-8 people that worked on our project which included project managers, tech leads, account managers, developers, QA personnel, and web designers.

We were able to launch a website during a difficult time in our economy which seemed insurmountable at the time. We've seen a lift in our overall traffic and conversion rates as well as more robust data for us to continue optimizing our website moving forward. We've also received hundreds of compliments from our employees and external partners about our new website.

Their style was very flexible but transparent with what they were able to do and what did not seem like a good idea coming from our team. They functioned both as a trusted advisor as well as a hard-working dev-house that did their best to action our ideas and objectives. We held regular meetings and opened-up regular communication channels in Slack and email to be constantly connected with their progress.

I think that their overall flexibility was something that was refreshing from a company like this. Sometimes, dev companies are very strict with certain timelines, cost estimates, and requirements. They quickly understood that we were working under very unique predicaments with a clear budget and they created a project that met our needs while giving us wiggle room if our plans somehow needed to adjust.
