I had a website which was not appealing on visit. I have significant number of visitors visiting the website checking out the events. It was not giving the kind of information the customer would have desired. I needed my website to be appealing, users enjoy the experience of visiting my website and find it easy to scroll to what they want Approached Hedweeg Innovations to redefine the website

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Hedweeg Innovations was referred to me by my friend and they had talked highly of them. The fact that they had experience in creating excellent UI and had seen some of these websites. I felt they could be the right person

I am the CEO of WhiteBull. WhiteBull provides services like bookkeeping and accounting through Quickbooks.

The site visits were very low and it was not a user-friendly design. We needed to simplify the process and make it more user-friendly, with professional looks, and to rebrand the whole website while keeping the user-centered approach and maintaining the motto of the company.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched for the different UI/UX designing companies but working for the accounting and finance industry is different as the users are different, but after seeing the portfolio of Hedweeg Innovations and talking to the team, we received great ideas and suggestions, and the team was working so closely that it was really easy to get the look and feel for any updates and suggestions.

Their team conducted intensive research, gathering industry reviews, user feedback, and relevant information on our competitors. They also conducted empathy interviews and created the persona of end-users and then created the user journey and walked us through the whole journey of customers and highlighted the pain points and areas of improvement From there, they broke down the areas where our services could be more intuitive and user-friendly.

They also worked to streamline the storyboarding with the help of sketches. Within a couple of weeks, they produced a prototype and began the testing phase. They produced iterations, incorporating both our feedback and the findings into the final version. And the output was awesome and also increased the number of users we had before by a significant percentage.

A team of 3 dedicated UI/UX designers was directly working on my project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are delighted with their team's deliverables. The UX/UI is the foundation for the design we're currently working on in-house. We've tried it with a few potential consumers and had positive feedback. Their work also perfectly represents the idea we had from the beginning, assisting us in creating a user-friendly and simple-to-navigate website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was simple to reach and supplied us with regular updates. We had in-person meetings as well as phone calls, but the majority of the feedback came via our preffered communication method. Everything was delivered on schedule, and we were given plenty of notice if a deadline was going to be missed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their UX/Ul abilities astounded me. They were well-versed in everything from extensive research to flawless implementation. They were incredibly patient and eager to walk us through their process as we learned.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As the team head was directly in contact with us, we haven't seen any area of improvement as everything was seamless and smooth in terms of communication, designing, and implementation
