They’re exceptional on all fronts. The communication is extremely easy even though there’s a big time difference. They accommodated my schedule. I imagine a meeting for me was probably 3:00-4:00 AM in the morning for them, but that was never an issue. If there were any delays, my side caused them. Most contractors charge you when you make a change, but Square63 was extremely accommodating. They gave me a fixed bid, so even though I made changes during the whole process they never came back and asked me for additional money. They never put any pressure on me.
