What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially wanted to focus on our website, so J&A Digital Solutions LLC started by evaluating our site. Once they did that evaluation, they revamped it. Since it was a completely new thing for us, we let them take the creative role. We didn’t provide them with anything.

We’re currently working with them on SEO and lead generation opportunities. Later on, they’ll work on social media.

We only work with one person.

I found them through an action coaching organization. We worked with them for about eight months on other projects to get to know them. We first developed a relationship, and then they took us on as clients.

We’ve spent close to $9,000.

We started working with them in December 2022, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They provide reports around click rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and so on. We’ve also got a lead-generation tracker and are sending out requests for customers to review our site.

How did J&A Digital Solutions LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been prompt and given us a lot of information. If we don’t understand something, they walk us through everything and take the time to explain it, so they’re very helpful in that aspect. Moreover, they provide us with many details to understand what's going on with our marketing and how to grow our leads or reach more customers.

We’ve communicated via phone, Zoom calls, and one face-to-face meeting.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything is automated, so we don’t have to worry about anything. J&A Digital Solutions LLC has everything set up, and they walk us through the process every step of the way. When we have questions, they’re willing to jump on a call and help us out. Overall, they have everything laid out, so we always know what’s coming and what we’re getting for our money.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we have no reason to doubt that what we’re doing today won’t get us to where we want to be.

J&A Digital Solutions created my website on WordPress. They came up with the whole idea as to how the website should look like, and they also implemented various pop-ups and features that helped my business have a more streamlined booking process. Currently, they help me make adjustments to the site and implement new ideas to achieve a better engagement as needed.

I work with Josh and his wife, Ashley (Co-Owners). Josh is more of a designer, and Ashley runs their business.

I came across one of their pop-up ads the day I was going to pay another company to do this project, and their work looked way better, so I chose them instead.

J&A Digital Solutions made my business more marketable because I now have more people going to my website and booking. Josh made my site look very attractive and professional, which makes people want to stay on the page and dial our phone number or press the booking button; that’s the biggest achievement.

J&A Digital Solutions performs amazingly; they’ve met and exceeded my expectations. They’re very easy to communicate with, and we usually do it via email or text messages.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have had positive feedback about our website. Customers like that it’s more modern unlike many electric companies. It’s catchy but not too in your face and clean and simple. We’ve increased our google reviews with help from Josh and increased online exposure. We started out around #20 on google ranking for our area and ended up #2 spot.

Very effective

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Josh is very personable and pleasant to work with but also serious about getting things done. We met with a few other marketing businesses before finding Josh and they were all nice but very serious not as personable as Josh. I think that helps make workflow smoother. Also his knowledge of marketing and has also given us some general tips for small business. They go above and beyond to help us.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Not that I can think of.
