We’ve also had new people come on board, and training them is easier. Before, we’d sit down and go through all the different pieces of paper. Now we walk them through the system because it defines our processes. We can see all the signed contracts, the contracts out for approval, the vendors we work with, etc. It used to take a couple of days to onboard staff. When they start with us, the morning session is the full onboarding, increasing our professionalism because people see it as having everything under control. Overall, the system has made our jobs more efficient.
