There were a few hiccups here and there related to communication and delivering on time. However, the project manager and her team were mostly responsive and they implemented the feedback we had several times. The project manager also had a friendly attitude throughout the project, which I appreciated.

I appreciate that they responded well to the back-and-forth that has been going on throughout the project and implemented the feedback that came from us in multiple rounds. I also appreciate that several people were assigned to this project, each specialised in one area: project manager, web designer, front-end developer, etc. The company's CEO intervened when needed to move the project forward. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Inventiff. could have done differently?

Communication can always be improved to keep the client informed and keep the team accountable. I recommend developing clearer processes to deliver. I hope this was also a learning opportunity for Inventiff on how to make things even better next time.

We were looking for a partner that could understand our brand and what we wanted to achieve and Inventiff definitely delivered on the business support side as well as the project side. Our main deliverables were: 

1. a design revamp of our website 
2. integrating new functionalities and creating new pages that sustain our customer and candidate journeys 
3. implementing best practices in this new redesign that would cater to our needs.

At the end of the project we were able to launch the website without any issues, we manages to host a library of content that sustains our sales verticals, our team is knowledgeable in using the platform and the handover went smooth. We have been using our new website in all our lead generation strategies and have seen an up tick in our contact form submissions.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there the team developed a wireframe of our site. After providing a few rounds of feedback, their team designed and developed a wordpress site. After several rounds of feedback and editing the team launched the site.

Our site launched in the beginning of August and we have received positive feedback from our current customers.

We had weekly meetings with the project manager, used figma, google sheets to work live on this project. Despite the 7 hour time difference, communication and emails were responded to quickly.

We were impressed with the clear process and format Inventiff used to take our ideas/vision/objectives and turn it into a clean well designed website.

Minor details regarding the design, such as spacing between margins and text boxes were not uniform through out the site. Inconsistent font sizes and responsiveness across devices devices could be improved.

A senior and a junior developer worked on our app, in addition, the managing director was always in touch with us, keeping us in the loop.

Together with Inventiff we were able to create a more user-friendly product. They brought improvements to our UX/UI, providing us with more than just their development service.

Given the fact that we had to adjust some of the features and designs along the way, communication with Inventiff was kept very casual, through messages and calls. Updates were given in an email thread. Due to Covid we only managed to meet in person once, but working completely remote with them was not a problem at all. Deadlines were promptly met.

Contracting Inventiff's services is like having a CTO on board. They get involved in the project and help shape the project, they do not just execute, but come up with improvements in all areas.
