We needed to develop a complex marketplace application for booking the services of freelancers with a separate portal for both customers and suppliers. We needed a team with strong technical skills to bring the vision from the UI/UX designs to life

We searched through Clutch to make a shortlist of vendors and did initial calls with almost 10 vendors. Konstant stood out because of the level of detail in the initial call with Siddhartha. He took the time to go in depth on the flow of the app and have a true understanding of it and provided a lot of time. Other vendors gave a quick scan through and didn't have the same desire to understand what we wanted to do. Konstant was not the cheapest option but the quality and value for money was clear

After the initial proposal document was created with Siddhartha we were passed to Ankur and his team to create an in-depth scope document that would be used to guide development. The project was broken into 6 releases with key deliverables broken down for each release. React native was used to develop the mobile application with the backend being developed on MongoDB

Ankur was the project manager, we also had a UI designer, a team of developers and a QA team

The product was delivered exactly as promised in a fully functioning manner at the time of writing where we are about to receive the code base to launch to our own servers. We are very satisfied with the level of work so far and have agreed to get the web version of the application developed with Konstant also

Communication took place through email and Teams calls. The timeliness of communication was always impressive despite time zone differences.

The attention to detail of Ankur in every interaction and his willingness to accommodate requests that I made for changes throughout the process or for new additions. The technical skills of the team to create a functioning product given the complex nature of some of the functionality that was desired

They are very helpful through every step. Everything is explained in details and the discussions and brainstorming calls are really helpful. We communicated through email and skype and everything was on time.

The structure they present at the beginning. Every step of the creation process was thoroughly explained even if i had little knowledge of tech i still was aware of all that was happening.

We interviewed a hand full of other companies but what made Konstant stand out was their presentation, the questions they asked us to understand the project, and the price. Konstant even took the time to present alternatives that they thought would help the project and reduce the cost.

We needed their help with building out a mobile application for both iOS and Android. We needed the app to be built using React Native, Node.JS, MongoDb, and MySQL.

We basically had four people working on the app. Eeshan managing the team, Deepak developing the design, Satish developed the frontend, and Sumant developed the backend of the app. One of the best things is that we really felt like a real team and I am truly going to miss the guys!

Then can book their favorite tutors. Translator Functionality (Web based) Translator can translate the meaning of vocabularies and submit to the admin. Admin Functionality (Web based) Admin will manage all three part of project which are Vocabulary, grammar and student - tutor in back-end. Tutor Functionality (Web based): Tutors can schedule their free time and teach to student. Vocabulary (mobile app Based both iOS and Android) Users that includes tutors, students and guests can user their purchased vocabulary as offline and online mode in their mobile app accounts.

In my project, there were three persons but two of them were working always directly as a B.A. and one project manager. Sometimes, if there were any issue that need to connect with developers or technical team, the B.A connected me with them for joining call with the team. The two B.A. at the same time had role-play like a bridge between the general project manage technical team and me. Project manager was discussing all aspects of my project and shared with the higher management and technical team. The ways were very simple but very effectively.

Meanwhile India were in critical of the Covid-19 issue during of the development but Konstant kept 100% the quality of work.
