All of our development is managed from our end, who works directly with the resources in Belarus. We use the Atlassian suite, including JIRA and Confluence for project tracking. We allocate tickets to the developers and testers, and time is tracked. This system has worked well for us. In terms of management, we had weekly and biweekly calls with UNL Solutions to check on progress, ask about any issues, and make sure that we were happy with the work.
