Codal used very good tools for project management, helping organize the process. We use Teamwork Projects, which is a very good online form through which we share all documentation. Axure Share is the prototyping tool we've used, while Jira is used by Codal for software development. Any issues are reported through the Jira screen capture, which makes a ticket for the team. There were no surprises. Everyone on my team, as well as on Codal's, has had full transparency.
