We worked with this digital agency from the very earliest concept stage through to full delivery, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

They supported us in creating a physical sample box for our trademarked product, handling everything end-to-end. This included the structural box design, all visual graphics and print artwork, and the design of the brochure that sits inside. They also developed all associated QR codes and built a dedicated landing page to support the campaign.

Beyond the creative and build work, they planned, designed and executed a highly targeted paid LinkedIn media campaign, ensuring the entire initiative was joined up and strategically thought through. It was refreshing to work with a team that could not only deliver strong creative, but also think commercially and execute across digital channels.

Communication was clear and proactive throughout, deadlines were met, and the overall quality of work exceeded our expectations. They felt like a genuine extension of our internal team rather than an external supplier.

Despite the project spanning multiple disciplines — physical product design, print, digital development and paid media execution — everything was coordinated seamlessly. Responsibilities were clearly owned, and the project stayed on track from concept through to final delivery.

The initial website design and build brief included a brand refresh. Post branding workshops, the Harrison Carloss team were a pleasure to work with in terms of communication and flexibility. We were very pleased with the end result and were happy to continue working with the agency on our SEO, which they inherited in not the best of shapes.

Surprisingly quickly post initial engagement on SEO, the team made good inroads with keywords and terms and within 6-12 months we were on page 1 if not top for all our key serach terms. The HC team have remained proactive, making regular suggestions for improvements and stragegy. The reporting is excellent and we receive monthly updates without fail, both a report and a meeting/call. They simplify the complicated for us to ensure we are in the loop of progress at all times. We are now looking to develop the engagement to include PPC and Social.

We can't fault the Harrison Carloss project management. For the website, they hot all deadlines and if there were hold ups, it was due to us!

For the SEO, we feel very confident we are being looked after and the reporting is regular and thorough.

Honestly, aside of the overall delivery, client and project management, Harrison Carloss is a group of down-to-earth, lovely people who are a pleasure to work with. We have had two Project Managers for both the website build and the SEO and both have been/are incredibly proactive and professional. We have always had access to the Management team if required. The USP really is the quality of the people and the friendly, professional and personal service the agency provides.

What challenge were you trying to address with Harrison Carloss?

We needed support for our campaign work, outsourced graphic design, and web development efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Harrison Carloss helps us develop graphic assets and update our website. When we have a new project, we write a creative brief and send it to the team. We then have a kickoff call, and they review the brief to ensure they understand the challenge. They look at the challenge and devise a solution, which we then guide them on to see if it’s viable for us. They’re focused on understanding our challenge and finding a creative way to run our campaign for our stakeholders.

We initially engaged with Harrison Carloss because they were a HubSpot partner. We worked with them to get some regulatory updates done to our HubSpot website. We’ve now migrated away from HubSpot, and they’ve built and hosted a temporary WordPress solution for us.

They’ve built several modules at our request, and we’ve updated and rolled out temporary measures while we go through a procurement process to obtain a fully functioning new site. They’re currently working on our temporary website solution and our quarterly customer magazine, which is direct mail and digital.

Harrison Carloss also works on our creative graphic design for our hoarding. We’re building 12 housing developments, and they’ve designed all our hoardings to go around the development sites. This involves several health and safety messages, general marketing messages, and updates for the local area.

They also handle ad hoc briefs, which they work on for me when I need additional support for creative work. They guide me on any campaigns and pitch work to me. For instance, they’ll develop campaigns I can review and drive forward. One of the big projects they’re currently working on is the anti-social behavior campaign.

We work daily with Selina, our account manager, Rebecca, the client relations director, and Adam, the managing director.  We also work with some of their internal teams, including their studio and digital teams.

We reached out to a number of agencies locally and nationally, and Harrison Carloss came out as the most viable. They’re really engaged, and one benefit to us is that they’re local. One of their offices is in the same city as us, which has been a huge advantage. We thought this would give them a true understanding of some of our regional challenges, so we engaged them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Harrison Carloss' work has been successful so far. Thanks to them, we’ve seen a 76% increase in engagement in our customer magazine. This engagement rate is taken from QR codes within print, which drive people to campaign URLs. In digital, we’ve seen a very large uplift in engagement, measured through click and open rates.

Regarding our hoarding, our new strategy is all print, but we’re using QR codes with campaign links attached. We’ve seen a 32% increase in interest in the new development locations. Overall, working with Harrison Carloss is quite unique. They're different from other agencies. It has been amazing.

How did Harrison Carloss perform from a project management standpoint?

They always work to a deadline and often deliver campaigns early. Moreover, they’re very reactive and quick to respond. If I need anything quickly, they can work around other clients to ensure I get the support I need. This is due to the nature of my sector, where we need things done very quickly.

We communicate via email, Microsoft Teams, and face-to-face. They also have their own project management system, which is an amazing platform. It’s where we’re able to share files and send creative assets. It’s highly secure, and cybersecurity is a major thing for us.

Harrison Carloss' system is outstanding; I’ve worked with a number of agencies over the years, and their system is one of the best. We have 100% faith in them, and we’ve never had any problems.
