UX of new web site
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Team over costed the project due to misunderstanding of the initial requirements. It took a number of meetings for them to really grasp what we wanted doing. We were over charged for the work done which was poorly executed and riddled with bugs from poor coding. It was very obvious they didn't have the skills to code on a Shopify platform. What we ended up with was an unusable website which didn't fulfil the initial expectations. Not only that as a small business we have no one with digital marketing experience. I would have liked to have thought we would have been advised on how to manage the migration in order to retain our google ranking. We were left to deal with that aspect internally never told about redirecting urls from the previous website and as a consequence we lost all our traffic during the migration which we have not yet been able to recover from. I fell very angry about the whole experience and would never recommend them to anyone !!
