      We constantly changed things, and they worked with us to get the site how we wanted it to look and perform, so our timeline was longer than we expected, but it's because we kept adding complex features or thought of something new that we wanted. Google Sheets were also created for us to discuss any problems, questions, bugs, improvements, etc. They also figured out solutions and are definitely customer oriented.
