Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The team at S Square Solutions rebuilt my wordpress website - totally 680 pages (660 blog items) - they worked quickly, and efficiently. A site this size is no small project! In fact, this is the second website they've rebuilt for me.

Key deliverables:
Redesign pages according to my submitted layout mockups
Import 660 blog posts with careful attention to slugs, SEO, in place meta tags, alt tags, etc. to ensure no loss of SEO
Upload new site to my current server

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Beautiful new websites. The first site, first launched in 2000 and last rebuilt in 2024, ran well for another year then sold for a significant price. This second site will also be developed for another few years (first launced in 2006) and then be sold, hopefully for a similar price.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

As I am a web developer myself (Squarespace) I was able to work efficiently with Jack, their team lead. Although we did meet by Whatsapp phone a few times, most communications were done by text and file uploads. The team responded to all requests quickly and thoroughly

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team clearly learned and applied new knowledge as they moved forward through projects. This relaunch went smoothly as a result. There were very few tweaks and changes needed. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something S Square Solutions could have done differently?

I can think of none. The team is learning and growing.
