Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We migrated to a new community platform and wanted to include some personalisation, to make sure community members were seeing content that was interesting to them. As part of onboarding community members would select interests, tell us what they specialised in, etc. We realised that there was a significant difference in the number of people starting onboarding and those completing, so we asked 4 Roads to look at the issue with us. 

Deliverables were a very minimal account creation process, incremental profiling process, reminders and a calculator to show community members how complete their profile is.

Increased percentages of onboarding completed

4 Roads use DevOps to manage the work, along with weekly standups. They  understand what we're trying to achieve and are responsive to feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

4 Roads have a very talented team. They took our ideas and made them better and more workable. They bring ideas to the table and I feel we have a shared understanding of what we're trying to acheive - they are as invested in our success as we are. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something 4 Roads could have done differently?

I sometimes think meeting notes would be useful. Actions and decisions from meetings are always logged in DevOps tickets, but it would be nice to have notes to keep a handle on how the project is going overall.
