Analyzes all existing care products. Listens to up-to-date information about advanced technologies in trichology. ⠀ Task was not to replace doctors, but to create a simple primary analysis tool. Most problems are solved with proper home care. This was confirmed by dozens of trichologists around the world. ⠀

We did create an app that we wanted and we’re still in the process for integrating new features and fixing a few things and also doing some tech support with the guys.

We liked how well they integrated into out team it was very seamless and definitely appreciated the PhD knowledge of the CTO.

Everything went well and we’re happy to continue the business relationship, would have been great if they were in our time zone so it’s easier for them to do the work, but they’ve always adjusted to the schedule even during the late evenings.

Our application helps you to make task lists, take notes, record collections, plan an events, or set reminders (notifications) to increase your productivity and focus on what matters to you. Also, it helps you to keep track of your personal tasks as well as professional work. It’s a great way to ensure that you’re making strides toward your daily and weekly goals without keeping everything in your brain. It will also help those tasks appear more manageable.

You’ll be able to stay more focused because you’ve got an outline of what you’ve got to do and things you’ve already completed. Having tasks written in a list frees up space in your mind and allows you to be more creative. The App is used to manage and control your day and goals to be succeeded.

On this project, we communicated with Team Lead, who told us about all the stages and kept us informed. Also from time to time, we interacted with a Senior Mobile Developer who told us more about the technical side.

We have created an application that fully satisfies our needs and terms of reference. We continue to maintain the operation of this App and we have plans to expand the functionality in the near future. And of course, we will do it together with the guys.

We tracked all tasks in the special management system, we had sync calls every week in Zoom, and for regular everyday communication, we used Slack.

We really liked the communication process. We very quickly answered all the questions that arose, explained all the technical specifics of the project, and also completed all the tasks in a timely manner.

While working on our project, we did not find any noticeable drawbacks on the part of the vendor. We were very satisfied with both the communication process and the result of the work performed.

The challenge of the project was to determine the lithological type of the soil in the process of drilling an oil well in real-time 30 meters ahead of a sensor and, in consequence, make the process of drilling a well and its usage less unprofitable and more efficient. To solve the main problem, it was required to build a tool for calculating interpretations automatically.

To achieve this result, we used XGBoost and the method of predictive analytics that allowed us to predict what would happen when drilling an oil well 20 meters ahead of the sensor unit at the end of the plugged bit. A large part of the case was devoted to the data preparation for training to predict the lithological difference effectively.

In the course of problem-solving, it was established that for effective prediction it is necessary to use underground maps, which are known as interpretations so we made this as well. The solution has been successfully deployed and allowed the company to save money by using it as a part of an interface for well-drilling machines operators.

• Through this project we built a mathematical model that forecasts what formation will occur 50 meters ahead of the sensors, based on MWE and MWD.
• Value for Drilling Engineers is to reduce the risk of missing the target formation.
• Value for an oil-producing company is to reduce costs of drilling well due to inherent risk that can cost $100 000 - $2 000 000

We tracked the number of working hours on Upwork, we also regularly received reports on completed tasks, and we had access to Trello, where we could track the progress of the work. In addition, we had calls once or twice a week to clarify all issues.

We had a large-scale project for a client in the medical sector and lots of things weren't working properly, the task was very complex - fixing existing bugs and also developing new features for the patient portal.

We started working together over a year ago on a large medtech project when we needed more resources, we started with a trial period and then integrated their tech lead into our processes to work on the bug fixing first, they helped us plan the initial bug fixing assessments and fixing tasks and they helped to outline milestones for each iteration before testing.

We then requested for 3 more of their developers to join our team - one for bug-fixing issues and the other senior developer for new feature development. The tech lead that we hired first was the one who was helping with the management and orchestrating of the whole project that's why we then asked them for more people to join another project as we needed some help with technical management there.

The guys at Crazy Pumpkin helped us with the bug fixing (this process took less time than we initially planned because the team was very organized and fast, it took us 30% less time for this stage than we planned) and also with the development of the new features and we've also invited them to join another project in fintech that we're still working on together.

They are all very knowledgeable with great expertise, mathematical academic backgrounds, and great work ethics which helps a lot when working with such complex projects and developing long-term business relationships.

We used Slack and telegram for communication with Google Meet planning calls, the team was always very efficient with communications and always provided updates on time, and always communicated any issues straight to us so we could solve them quickly. For project management we used Jira and Trello and for time tracking we used Toggl.

We had almost 24/7 access to the team, it felt like they are actually part of the company rather than a distant outsourcing agency, they are actually there when we need them and ready to jump on a call with a 10min notice. They also are very knowledgeable with mathematical and engineering academic backgrounds (quite a few senior developers have PhD levels) which is quite impressive.

Not sure, we're very happy with this partnership as the code quality is amazing and the communication is also great...
