We successfully resigned all our existing customers based on the improvements FastFwd helped us with.   We also have gained 3 new customers since the launch in April.

I can't say good enough things about the team at FastFwd.  We meet with them weekly.  Anytime that we needed anything or requested certain things they were always going above and beyond to meet those requests.

We're impressed with how involved everyone in the company is.  The hands-on approach by the company's employees and executives was impressive.

Sometimes things get lost in translation from the Project manager to the frontline development staff.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

FastFwd were tasked with helping to build a SAAS product from scratch incl marketing support. the scope of work spanned design of the technology platform, translating U.K. financial regulations into a workable product and ensuring the the UX was as smooth as possible. Our CTO and our management team liaised with FastFwd throughout and we received outstanding support. 

The MVP was delivered for launch in Sept 2021 and has been developed further on an ongoing basis. Having designed and built the product FastFwd provide continue to work as part of our team on a daily basis.

• Timely delivery in line with the project plan - these were all achieved;
• Minimal issues when carrying out product testing;
• willingness to adapt and change as required;
• Error free use of product - this was shown during a recent due diligence exercise by a potential acquirer of the business.

Project management was clear and delivered on time. Reponses to  change / development requests are handled efficiently and in time.

I’m impressed with their understanding and responsiveness to our business needs. Also, the seemless way in which FastFwd are pro-active with ideas for improvement.

There are no major issues that require improvement - due to our ongoing relationship we always discuss issues when they arise and deal with it.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We went to open tender having used a project coordinator; the company was known to the coordinator. They represented a great combination of sector knowledge and experience as well as value for money.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

In partneship with the cooridinator, we walked through a series of designs and different approaches, we gave feedback and a final design was agreed. Then there was an iterative process of design and feedback and re-design. And then we launched.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with the CEO, production teams and a lead Project Manager. All were excellent.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The process was clear, communications good and the project was delievred on time and to budget.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very good - we used Trello to project manage the day to day; we spoke regularly on the phone and used emails. It was very clear and seamless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A combination of excellent design work, exceution and clear PM / communications.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of
