We enlisted Develo Design to migrate our existing Magento website over to the Hyva Theme. The main reason for this transition was to improve site speed and to make updating the website easier. The projector included:

Custom VAT toggle 
X 3 Global Multi-store sites
Increased site speed and performance 
Improved Lighthouse Score and SEO ranking
Instant Pay Intergration
Geo-location customisations

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Hyvä migration resulted in significant improvements our online storefront.  The site's speed and user experience improved notably with the efficient loading of page elements. The migration also contributed to better SEO and accessibility, with higher Lighthouse scores passing Core Web Vitals. The multi-store experience catered to the for our international customer base received positive feedback on the user interface and navigation.

For what projects/services did your company hire Develo Design?

We hired them to help us complete the development of a Magento website for a new children's clothing and fashion company.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to get a Magento website that not only looked great but that was also fast, responsive, and search engine optimization (SEO) friendly for our client.

How did you select this vendor?

We had spoken to them before and had seen examples of their work when we were looking for a Magento specialist partner local to us.

Describe the project in detail.

To begin with, Develo worked with our designer to get approved designs and develop them as a Magento 2 theme. Once that was done, they mapped it onto a Magento 2 platform from scratch and ensured that everything was working correctly. Thereafter, the client had to upload their entire product catalog.

They also did some thorough testing with us to ensure that the website and checkout process was working properly.

What was the team composition?

Their director and I managed the project. Our designer and one of his developers were also involved in the work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

The website has only recently gone live but so far, we are able to drive traffic to the website via paid advertising and are seeing conversion rates of 3%–5%. We are satisfied that the website is also going to set our client up properly for SEO in the future.

How effective was the project management?

This aspect was very effective; we were informed of the timescales and deliverables from day one and everything stayed on track. The website was delivered by early February, which was the required deadline.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are Magento experts. Besides being qualified, they’re also able to deliver, communicate effectively, and manage projects. Communication was paramount for us.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

We would recommend anyone to Develo, especially those looking for real Magento experts that communicate well, deliver on time, and are affordable.
