Uptic delivered a combined engagement of application development, platform engineering, and ongoing operations support and innovation. Key deliverables included:

Application develpment: Designed and built “SAGBook” - a React front-end intranet with centralized search, staff directory and self-service tools for 400+ professionals across 18 health centers.

Platform engineering: Re-architected the IT environment on Microsoft Azure (React, .NET, PostgreSQL), integrated Azure Active Directory for secure access, and modernized device lifecycle and connectivity for low-ops infrastructure.

Operations & innovation: Provided managed services for ongoing operations, optimization and feature enhancement — enabling SAG’s internal IT team to focus on innovation, not maintenance.

Unified access: Staff across all 18 locations now work from a single consistent platform for communication and resources.
