For initial meetings, we discuss as a group which includes their senior/head developer, commercial director and developer who is likely to work directly on your project. Once the project begins, the developer directly working on the project liaises with you directly which is much better system than a non-technical account manager. Working directly with Sam has allowed us to move far quicker and smoother with the project as he understands what we need and can realise any changes very quick. Their response times are excellent and they always implement changes quickly.
