Pocket App identified the key problem in our onboarding process and provided solutions to fix it. We’ve already implemented their deliverables in our app and expect to benefit from them.

This allowed members to schedule sessions with our highly technical policies, see results, set goals, follow nutrition courses we have created, and perform workouts digitally. Our company has been building our own software for the past 13 years, and we just started working with Pocketapp in the last 6 months.

The scope of work covered the full design and development of a mobile solution, from initial discovery through to launch and post release support. Pocket App began by reviewing our existing processes and identifying areas where a mobile platform could improve efficiency and user experience. They handled the UX and UI design, including wireframes and interactive prototypes.

In the early stages, there were a few gaps in how some of our operational workflows were interpreted, which meant a bit of rework was needed, but these were resolved through follow up sessions and clearer alignment. On the development side, they built a custom mobile application focused on simplifying task management, improving communication, and making key information more accessible.

They also worked on backend functionality to support our internal systems and ensure smoother performance overall. Key deliverables included a fully developed mobile app, UX and UI designs, interactive prototypes, backend integration, and post launch support to fix minor issues and refine the app based on feedback.
