We have past experience in developing website for our sister concern and we were very much satisfied with their work.

We had an initial discussion, and they had sent a questionnaire to collect all the details. It helped us to provide the all the details as questionnaire covered all the important points to be collected before developing a website. Inputs and the content for the website are provided to the team.

Starting from the designs to the completion of the work, the team's composition, timely udpate and the followup has made the website development activity complete sooner than expected.

We were constantly contacting with Consultants and PM and there were 1 developer and QA engineer in the team.

Website came out really well and more appealing than I have imagined

We had calls with the BA and PM, they were communicating through PMS and we have given access to our project which helped us to check all the logs and activities by the team. They completed before the expected time.

They were patient to clear all our doubts and came up with good solutions without any delays.

No, pretty satisfied with their work.

We ultimately wanted a growth in our real-estate Business by increasing the traffic rate to our web application with several add-on features of featuring customer's properties for sale, buy/rent a property etc. Our application also helps real-estate agents to to get more business from their online presence.

Initial requirements and idea of the application is conveyed to the Solutions Consultant who understood our idea and came up with supporting solutions and ways to incorporate the same. I was in touch only with the Delivery Head due to my busy schedule and the Delivery Head managed the back end development activities with the team and delivered me a top notch application

What was the team composition?

The team was energetic in all aspects till the delivery of the application and there is no point at which they were lethargic. They kept the zing till the release of the project

Insurance coverage plan enquiry is made easy for the users. Based on the feedback received from the users, they are finding the quote process very quick with the web and mobile application

As soon as we got connected with 2Base, we had quick scheduled meeting to know about our requirements on the project and within a short period, the design mock-up was provided for our verification and satisfaction.

After a few iterations and discussions with our marketing team, we finalized the mock-up of design and proceeded for further back-end development process. All the feedbacks were given and the project Benya accomplished successfully.

Initially, we were assigned to the project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. We had regular communication with the project manager throughout the assignment. We were made aware that there are frontend, backend developers working on our project with proper QA resources working behind.

Our Web application was launched and made live on time as estimated. We are completely satisfied with the service provided as all the requirements made from our side were reached. Result of our web application increased in a timely manner.

The impressive thing about 2Base is they deliver high-quality code that is semantically correct and on par with the latest coding standards, resulting in a finished application that was completely as suggested in our requirement.

We have submitted the requirement in the past that was so cutting-edge that we were literally in awe thinking how they pulled it off.

I don't think there is any point for improvement as I'm very much impressed with their service. But obviously technology has to keep improving. So we will always go with 2Base for any upgradations

In the beginning, we had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. We received mock-ups and three initial designs for the main page of the site within the first two weeks. After a few iterations and discussions with our marketing team, we finalized the design and provided feedback on how we wanted the rest of the site to look. 2Base Technologies then came back to us with wireframes and concepts for the remaining pages.

I primarily worked with the project manager who served as the main point of contact. There were also two frontend developers, two backend developers, and a QA resource working behind the scenes.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Thanks to 2Base Technologies’ efforts, we were able to launch our products within a few months. We’ve since generated sales, and our company’s revenue has already increased by 10%. We’ve also seen an increase in requirement rates and improved our number of downloads on a regular basis.

It was easy to communicate with their project manager, and they frequently updated us. We spoke over the phone at least once a week and used Slack to chat. Overall, I was impressed by the team’s timeliness.
