I am the co-founder and CEO of a mindfulness through social interaction start-up with the HQ in Vienna, Austria.

We wanted to develop a mobile app, but our core team had little coding knowledge. We needed a skilled tech partner, who would be able to build our product and also remain flexible throughout the project.

A friend who works in the field introduced me to Victor. After interviewing Inventiff, we could not help but notice their competence paired with endless enthusiasm for exciting products. In addition, our tech advisor immediately vouched their proposed architecture for our app, which gave us even more confidence in Victor and his team.

We delivered wireframes and designs and Inventiff turned them into an android and iOS app. We were kept up to date during demo days and through screen recordings. Changes we had to undertake were promptly discussed and Victor always gave us his competent opinion.

A senior and a junior developer worked on our app, in addition, the managing director was always in touch with us, keeping us in the loop.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Together with Inventiff we were able to create a more user-friendly product. They brought improvements to our UX/UI, providing us with more than just their development service.

Given the fact that we had to adjust some of the features and designs along the way, communication with Inventiff was kept very casual, through messages and calls. Updates were given in an email thread. Due to Covid we only managed to meet in person once, but working completely remote with them was not a problem at all. Deadlines were promptly met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Contracting Inventiff's services is like having a CTO on board. They get involved in the project and help shape the project, they do not just execute, but come up with improvements in all areas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The time before signing the contract and really diving into the project could have been more structured.

It increased our conversion rate on the website from 3% to 8%.

Weekly meetings that put our time first. They helped us a lot with tutorials and they even called our team whenever necessary so the end product would be the best.

The time they spent with each person involved on our end. Everyone knew what they had to do so they would contribute better to the project. We even had a tech impaired person that was helped a lot in the process. They even installed Windows on a laptop we had.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could improve their initial explanation for people that don't understand the technical implications. We had a struggle at the 1st meeting with the terms they used but we quickly got on the same page after we told them to make things simpler for us.

We needed help with the custom development of a Next.js application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inventiff. developed a customer portal built on Next.js and connected it to Chargebee APIs. The portal included features such as login using Auth0, registration, API connections against Chargebee, Cloudflare, and other third-party systems. Additionally, they built custom functionality on top of Chargebee that their solution didn’t offer by default.

We worked with one developer from Inventiff.

How did you come to work with Inventiff.?

We found Inventiff through an online search and review sites. We chose them over other options because they were a small, young team, and we had a nice first contact with them. They also had good customer feedback.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–August 2025. Now ongoing bugfixes and small improvements.

Inventiff. met our expectations on both a social and professional level and provided what we paid them for. The measurable outcomes from the project were the milestones, features like login using Auth0, registration, API connections against Chargebee, Cloudflare, and other third-party systems, and a big bang migration to Chargebee that required the customer portal to be up and running.

We managed the project, and Inventiff. contributed developer resources. We communicated via GitHub and had weekly Google Meet calls. They delivered on time and communicated openly and clearly.

Inventiff. has redesigned the frontend of our app and developed a CRM. The team has also refactored and coded both sides. The app has a clean design and the ability to place orders, while the CRM records and captures client data.

We have a great tech lead and client support from Inventiff.

We found Inventiff. through an online search. The team helped us turn around a very difficult project, so they became our invaluable partners.

We started working with Inventiff. in January 2025, and our engagement is ongoing. We’re now in phase two, building new features.

The app has been published live for customers to use, which has had a huge impact on our business. We’ve gone beyond the proof of concept and now have paying customers. The CRM captures all new and existing customers along with revenue.

Inventiff. has delivered really well with great project management. The team has managed to turn the project around in a very tight timeline by having clear project guidelines and goals with a flexible team. Our communication and collaboration process has been fantastic from start to finish.

Inventiff delivered exceptional work that exceeded our expectations. A potential area where an improvement could have been made would be how to best determine the project completion date. However, we also understand that they were not the cause of any potential delays by  our requesting additional features that were beyond the original scope of work. 

Overall, enhancing communication channels is always considered a two-way street, and we appreciate the  consistent updates throughout the project, and professionalism from the team.
