Honestly, there isn't much I would change about the engagement. Looking back, I underestimated the complexity of the product, but the team was flexible and made a real effort to help us navigate the additional challenges and evolving requirements. If anything, I think Zentix Soft should do a better job of showcasing their expertise and past successes. There are many similar providers in the market, and it can be difficult to tell them apart. I was fortunate to be introduced to them through a recommendation, and they ultimately exceeded my expectations.
