4.5 May 4, 2017Being so close by, they’re Johnny-on-the-spot if there is an incident. In the past, we had incidents where we needed them to work onsite or send a technician over. They were able to enter and determine exactly what the problem was, and get us back up and running. This happened the night before one of our big yearly client events that are held off property. If we don’t have our network up with people out in the field with the ability to link back to our server, we are dead in the water. It turned out to be nothing, but I know that if it had been something, we would have been okay by the morning. I had no worries that we would be able to pull off our functions flawlessly.

For instance, they were willing and able to transfer 20 gigabytes of old emails when my boss left his other company. It was a huge task, but now we have it in case we need that information. With them, large projects were completely painless. They were always available, even giving us their personal cell phone numbers in case of an emergency. It felt like we were working with friends because they offered help no matter what we needed. We knew we weren’t going to be left in the dust because we had a problem on a weekend or after usual business hours. They were always on call, even in the middle of the night. Their reliability and availability really stick out. Normally, we can’t ask partners for help after-hours, which is challenging because we don’t operate like a typical business. Their team doesn’t either, so they’re always available to help us. That’s very much appreciated.

Our internal staff reports faster resolution times and appreciates the ability to call and get access to a roster of experts who respond swiftly. We no longer need to provide data about our assets because CTS has it all on file. Their billing and customer service are organized and punctual. Our large phone system upgrade is imminent and going well. CTS has been punctual and collaborative. They listen and are capable. We communicate via videoconferences, a ticketing system, and in-person meetings. They're flexible.

The project manager, Inna, went out of her way to help and even assisted with some tool configuration outside of the QA work simply because she had some experience in the area and knew we were struggling with some questions. And it should be noted that our engagement started shortly before the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The team could come out of bomb shelters in the morning and join our calls. I don't think they missed a single call or deliverable despite the insane situation they were in.
