5.0 Mar 12, 2021They were very efficient and effective at finding us quality candidates, which is not easy to do. I thought that they would take long, as the recruitment process usually takes a couple of months of calibration, but they found high-caliber people incredibly quickly. We kicked off the recruitment in January and took a month to get to the offer stage with a candidate. Ubiminds didn’t seem to have as much experience working in the environment of large companies. I think they should be more proactive in providing their own contract terms.

The best thing was that they were eager to win our business and willing to go the extra mile to get it. Qubit was helpful and amenable to our requests throughout, but my guess is a larger company would have some of legal language already in place and it could have wrapped slightly more quickly.
