Our Pharmbills teams have been excellent when it comes to managing responsibilites, timeliness of deliverables, and meeting the needs of our company, our partners, and our clients. With provided training, our teams have been able to effectively perform their requested responsibilities. Some of the team members come to leadership asking for more responsibility and opportunities within the company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Pharmbills was able to successfully find us candidates that met our very unique needs. Our industry has some niche client deliverables, and we were able to identify candidates, interview those candidates, and get them onboarded quickly to meet our timetable.

We are currently satisfied with Pharmbills and their services they have been providing to us.

I'm the AR Manager at a financial consulting company specializing in behavioral health services. We deal with multiple companies spread across the United States.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pharmbills, and what were your goals?

We needed staff immediately who could start doing our behavioral health billing, payment posting, and claims follow up with the insurances. We started out with two Pharmbills employees and have around 20 now. I knew they were great but I never thought they would be such a huge part of our company when they started with us back in 2020. They've grown from billing and AR follow up to running client calls, credentialing, and setting up our billing systems.

SOLUTION

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

I believe my boss selected Pharmbills by word of mouth.

Describe the engagement and overall scope of work in detail, including the stages of the partnership and any software or documents used.

We started with two Pharmbills employee's to assist with insurance claim follow up. They were amazing and caught on very quickly. We started giving them more and more tasks and eventually decided that we need more Pharmbills employee's to help grow the company. We currently have almost twenty and are looking for three more Pharmbills as i write this.

I do not deal with the billing or cost structure but there are many reasons why we have more Pharmbill's employees than onshore employee's.

How many resources from the firm's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Around twenty, from follow up team leaders who assist with hiring, follow up, training etc. to cash posters and billers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?

Dealing with insurances is not easy, nor does it often make sense in my opinion. Pharmbills employee's are trained within a month and they hit the ground running once they are trained. They never have to be managed and always come to me with any issues they see that need immediate attention.

The onboarding process is amazing. They select talented and knowledgeable staff, conduct the interviews, and start the training process very quickly. I basically do not do a thing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are so smart and hardworking, Pharmbills is such a well-run company. They back their employee's 100%, and always supply us with the best talent. I'm so impressed by their english speaking and writing, and how much each employee has learned about this industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In my opinion they do everything the way it should be done, I have no complaints or areas of improvement for Pharmbills.

We have an Accounts Payables metrics that we use to make sure all tasks are done on a timely manner.

The team is very efficient and can meet deadlines without a problem. They are always on track with their daily tasks.
