We are one of the key players in implementing SAP products in the country. We help hundreds of large and medium-sized companies around the world to optimize and accelerate the organization's sales, marketing, service and operational processes.

For what projects/services did your company hire Intellink?

We outsourced to Intellink a project to serve existing clients and engage them into a broader product range of our services. The project is a part of the efforts of our company to concentrate on our core functions and engage partners who could professionally and cost-efficiently execute supplementary tasks. Intellink is working day-to-day with existing clients to serve as a Tier 1 support, better understand their needs and generate leads and upsell our services.

How did you select this vendor?

We evaluated 5 companies. When evaluating the final 4, we accidentally saw Intellink on their online webinar they invited us to. We liked what they said and decided to add them to their list. After an evaluation of their capabilities and meticulous approach to all of our requirements, we understood that we should try and work with them.

We needed Tier 1 and Tier2 support. Intellink provided us first with a Tier 1 team, and after a successful launch we added Tier 2. Intellink acquired hardware and software for the team, tracked their time schedule, and all other administrative tasks, such as legal and accounting.

In the beginning, 10. After , we expanded to a bigger number.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Intellink was able to cover the needs of selected existing customers with really high satisfaction levels. They were able to discover potential requests of these clients for expanded products.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are satisfied with communications with Intellink. They are very responsive and fast learners.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

When you outsource to Intellink you get very effective service with a good price. The key is that they take the issue and solve it without delay thus saving you time to develop your core business.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

So far, I am satisfied with the project. We intend to expand our engagement to see how they'll cope with a bigger project scale.

Adverio is developing renewable energy projects in a variety of fields and is an expert in the financial, biological and technical aspects of “green energy” facilities. I’m a technical Director of Adverio for Eastern Europe and Middle East operations.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Intellink saved us plenty of time with executing basic and repetitive tasks of customers’ support. The operators provided by Intellink after undergoing the training were providing a great help to Adverio and customers with contact service, data entry, record keeping etc

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Intellink is connected to Adverio and the clients 24/7. Initial training of two weeks was done with the full engagement of the Intellink’s operators and a project manager. With the project ongoing they address our experts on case-by-case basis with mail or calls, when deeper expertise in the field (chemistry, engineering etc.) is required by clients.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Clients’ satisfaction with client service and its availability is very high. They cover plenty of supportive tasks, the need for customers to address our high-end technical experts is drastically reduced. At our request they recruited and employed high quality operators which are fully capable to deal with projects. They are really committed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They learn by working and do their job well. Some clients would wish that the operators would support them with local Eastern European languages, but Intellink didn’t have available operators with some requested languages at the moment and service is done in English.

With the engagement of Intellink we were able to develop export sales faster without hiring additional personnel with specific skills. We also better understood the export markets’ needs and refocused to the niches with higher growth potential

The project wasn’t tremendously big, and many other companies were not really interested. Intellink was the right fit for this job. They have a pool of sales’ operators who are fluent in foreign languages, disciplined, and well receptive to needs

For a certain healthcare project, our recruitment team was not able to hire the appropriate number of people in the timelines that we set up. We decided to outsource part of the team to Intellink. In 2 weeks, Intellink found 10 people for the project, as we agreed.

The Billing Specialists that we hired were responsible for organizing back-office processes (tickets, claims, insurance policies, medicare and medicaid consultancy). they also called customers and insurance companies when required.

Back office specialists - 10 people as Billing Specialists in the beginning, about 20 as of now. We will most probably be expanding to 50 by the end of the year. Administration team - about 5 people. CEO is also always on contact, along with our Account Manager

We save about 50% on 1 employee in comparison with what we would need to pay.

in the beginning , it took some time to get used to, but after a while and getting to know each other, everything was ok.

They are fast in finding smart people that bring results and like coming to work

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There's still space to improve their onboarding process of new people. Having said that, their current quality is totally acceptable.

How did you select Intellink?

We met intellink management at one of the IT-events in Ukraine. They sound adequate and professional. We contacted them as a need came to use annotation services.

We needed data annotation services with high quality image segmentation and image analysis. We established a working environment (i.e working groups, per-to-per communications etc) to adopt our database and optimize procedures related to IT-security of our clients in logistics and transportation segment.

There were over 20 people including annotators, quality control and project managers.

Intellink provided high-quality services at a reasonable price. They have a strong core team and responsive project managers. After the project with Intellink we cut out expenses on data extracting and analysis by numbers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We mostly communicated with the project manager. He was a 24/7 point of contact. Most comforting was getting from them detailed weekly reports to be aware of the progress in the project, critical points, and bottlenecks.

Our company grows and we hope to be able to engage Intellinlk in projects with much bigger scope and budget.

I’m the CEO of a business intelligence solution provider.

What challenge were you trying to address with Intellink?

We had a project from a long-time client who needed help with their data annotation.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us with the data annotation efforts for our client. It was about comparing data from spatial images from space and information from local authorities about environmental pollution. There was a need to compare the data. It was about a two-month project.

What is the team composition?

There were over 30 people including annotators, IT experts, and a project manager.

How did you come to work with Intellink?

I knew people from Intellink from a previous experience. There aren’t many companies in Ukraine that are able to do data annotation. They're reasonably priced as well.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August–September 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They delivered what they promised. Intellink is a young company that’s hungry for new projects. They try to perform their very best and are dedicated to their work.

How did Intellink perform from a project management standpoint?

We pass the data to the project manager. He managed everything and interviewed several local authorities and environmental agencies. He made our life much easier because when there were some inconsistencies in data or some questions, we were able to communicate directly. Our teams communicated via phone, Messenger, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We don’t have too many data annotation companies in Ukraine. They were interested in the project and the budget was not too high. They paid attention, did it well, and did it quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should continue to gain more experience.
