We’re insurance providers and started the company two years back. At this point, we have 50–60 employees.

What challenge were you trying to address with iSolve Technologies?

They’ve provided us a platform called iStart, for quick employee onboarding.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

iSolve customized their iStart platform for our employee onboarding. We’re going to make further customizations because we’re going to hire more and more employees for the business. We’re going to start multiple offices in Chennai and need to onboard employees quickly. They’ve made customizations to include induction videos and forms for employee reviews.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with one person from the service team and one from the sales team. They’re both very jovial people.

How much have you invested with them?

The initial project cost $4,500, and we’ve paid them an additional $1,500 for upgrades.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with iSolve around April 2017, and it’s ongoing. We’ve upgraded the platform every year.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The employee recruiting process wasn’t very clear for us before, and we couldn’t find the right employees for the right positions. This platform helped us recruit the right employees at the right time. 

How did iSolve Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m in touch with someone from their customer service team on a monthly basis, either through calls or videoconferences. We have discussions regarding the performance of the platform. There's also a separate team to coordinate with iSolve.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve been very transparent with pricing and services, and we like that approach. Whenever I need support, they’ll come to my office immediately and rectify the error.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The pricing could be lower, and they could add more features to the basic product.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

The main thing for us is to get the right kind of support. If that’s not in place, then buying a product for so much money is worthless.

iSolve has very good track record when it comes to custom software development. Their existing client shared a good review with us regarding iSolve working capabilities and deliverables.
