I genuinely have no suggestions for improvement. Their service exceeded our expectations and everything was handled with exceptional professionalism and care. We have been Partnered with Sworkz, LLC for over 2 years.  In that time frame we were able to have multiple different positions filled with Great success with Sworkz.   We started with the basics, Track and Trace, AP and AR, carrier sales.  We since then have moved Marketing/Graphic Design, Human Resources, Recruitment, Collections, Marketing, Pricing, Operations and Safety. It’s great having Sworkz as a partner!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We continued to have reviews and meetings with all of our team members.  "DTS South" is always ready to help and up for the challenge. The best way to measure our success with SWORKZ is that we continue to grow our partnership with SWORKZ .  They have been able to fill every position we have needed.

The Quality, Care and Moral Compass of our colleagues at SWORKZ is Amazing! We have been able to grow our business at a much faster and lower rate due to our Partnership with SWORKZ. If you want to work with a Nearshoring company and Make a Difference while doing so, SWORKZ is a Perfect fit!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There are many very Impressive Unique qualities that SWORKZ shows everyday.  The energy that they have is contagious.  Whether you are sitting at a desk next to a SWORKZ colleague or on a virtual call you cant help but to Smile.  The Care and Consideration that SWORKZ shows us daily is Outstanding!

Alot of the staff have International Business Degrees and where better to put their education "to work"; than to get matched with a USA Company that fits their specialty and passion. Most impressive staff placement has been in the Human Resource Department.  I never thought that you could have Human Resources outside of The United States.  Theres’s pricing differences, cultural differences and many more. 

SWORKZ proved me wrong. DTS's Human Resource Department is ran and managed by a colleague at SWORKZ that has a Psychology Degree. I kept hitting a brick wall over and over, I couldn’t find a Caring Qualified person to assist in developing it. We now over the last year have a Robust Human Resource Department that continues to grow.  

Our DTS North and DTS South interact with each other daily which has been alot nof Fun. Favorite part of SWORKZ is that Everyone has an equal opportunity to be the best version of themselves and grow in their lives and in their careers.   I Love knowing that people at SWORKZ are changing the whole trajectory of their life and their Families lives.

All kinks we every had were worked through as a Team.
