      We were ahead of our time as far as websites go, and we still are in terms of what we dedicated to marketing material and websites. It’s certainly a badge that we wear pretty proudly when we go to our customers and provide them with the pamphlets that we’ve created. We would point them to our website, and they are taken aback by what it’s able to do for them and the information that it provides. I get a lot of positive feedback. Our website puts us on a whole different playing field when we’re being compared with other people in the industry. I spout off random ideas and they seem to know how to put the right colors into it and put it to paper. I don’t depend on my creativity at all. If I need something done, I just hand it over to them.

They kept our team engaged throughout the entire process and were able to keep the project on track. We had weekly status meetings to discuss the next action items and offer feedback on the progress. Shoreditch did a fantastic job of keeping the project on track. Our team is very busy with things outside of the UX/UI work Shoreditch was working on, and they made sure to hold us accountable (in a good way!) to keep the project on track.

He’s willing to hop online anytime I need help. There is some language barrier since English is Alex’s second language, but it hasn’t affected our work much.
