The final website looks fantastic and functions exactly as we hoped. Since launching, we’ve seen a 40% increase in traffic and a noticeable improvement in search rankings for our target keywords in the Toronto service market. Users are engaging more with our content, and the overall user experience has improved dramatically. The project was completed on time and within budget.

In order to achieve both outcomes Vicotorious conducted extensive keyword research and website analysis. They immediately identifed areas relating to our website and seo set up where we were falling short and that was having a huge impact on our poor results. The outcome of their initial analysis resulted in an action list for both them and us to implement over coming months.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are now about 6 months into the partnership and we have started to see significant improvements! We have a set of keywords for our brand and key products idenfifed and we are now tracking their ranking and over 50% of keywords have improved by more than 50 places. 
Our website and content is in a much better place thanks to multiple site sweeps and content team support. We have added keywords to all webpages, updated meta descriptions, page titles, increased the number of backlinks, fixed broken links etc. Things that were going unnoticed before engaging with Victorius

The Victorious team manages the project extremely well. They are on time with deliverables and very good at communicating if things change. I appreciate the follow-up emails we get after each meeting, which highlight the next steps. We have a project file to track the many moving pieces. They are a great team to work with.

The Victorious team feels like an extension of our small marketing team, which is exactly what we need. They were knowledgeable and accountable, and in a short time working with them, we are seeing great results, which is a testament to the work they are doing

I am nervous when agencies switch account managers or restructure, and we've witnessed both so far. However, it hasn't had any negative impact on our partnership. I would like to see stability going forward.

A large percentage of our sales are made online, so we needed to improve the e-commerce experience on our site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired DesignTorontoWeb.ca to redesign our website. Our original platform was archaic, but they modernized the design and integrated a full range of services. They also migrated our e-commerce platform to X-Cart. At the time, most e-commerce software was unable to establish shipping zones, categorize shipping by size, or ship to an address that didn’t match the billing address. The team at DesignTorontoWeb.ca had to customize our platform to make it possible for us. While a bulk of their work is complete, they continue to provide web development, server hosting, and cybersecurity services for us.

What is the team composition?

We have worked with at least five people over the past nine years. Their president usually meets with us to go over strategy, while the rest of their team offers support with development and graphics.

We discovered them through word of mouth. After years of working with vendors who dismiss our ideas, it was refreshing to see that DesignTorontoWeb.ca was open to a collaborative partnership.

Our partnership began in March 2011.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website looks better, operates, better, and ships our products efficiently. Sales have also increased since revamping the platform.

So far, working with them has been an enjoyable experience. They finish projects on time and under budget. Their team is highly professional, yet always finding ways to improve. Our communication is excellent as well. We can call them at any time, and they will always be available to help.

The quality of their work is incredible. We also appreciate their ability to find a solution for all of our problems.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When we ask them to help us come up with ideas, they often overwhelm us with about four options. It would be best to narrow their lists down to the two best concepts before presenting them to us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

DesignTorontoWeb.ca has been pretty flexible when dealing with last-minute changes, but we try our best to have a fully-developed concept before initiating a conversation with their team. We tell them exactly what we want – and if they don’t understand, we explain it again. In times when we are unsure about what we want to do, we lean on them for guidance.

We worked to increase my Seo, and optimize my website. We ran google ads to drive traffic to my site, and also started facebook ads.  We optimized my listings, and made them searchable for google. We worked together on ads for Facebook and gained sales for the holidays that I didn't do last season.

Being a small business, I think that the pricing was just a bit to high for the capital that I had to invest.  We worked with google ads at the beginning and I don't think it was as strong for me as facebook ads would have been.

DesignTorontoWeb.ca began their partnership with us by conducting an exhaustive SEO audit to identify strengths and weaknesses, providing a foundation for their tailored SEO strategy. This strategy included meticulous keyword research and optimization, ensuring our online content was calibrated to attract the most relevant audience.
Their efforts extended to both on-page and off-page SEO optimization, incorporating modifications on Jonite's website as well as leveraging external factors like backlinks to bolster the company's online presence.

The partnership with DesignTorontoWeb.ca brought about a noticeable surge in organic traffic to our website, indicative of effective keyword optimization and increased visibility on search engine results. This was paired with a rise in Jonite's positioning in search engine rankings, especially concerning their target keywords, with many securing first-page rankings.

 They promptly completed core tasks within the agreed timelines and ensured the seamless progression of our SEO strategy. While some additional, out-of-scope deliverables may have required a longer turnaround, Regan's adeptness in organization and communication has shone through.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their commitment extends to arranging regular monthly Zoom meetings, demonstrating their dedication to maintaining a strong client relationship. This impressive level of communication has been a constant, regardless of the fact that our company is based in Singapore, far from their main HQ. While the results in terms of our initial goals and objectives have not been groundbreaking as of yet, their honest, clear, and regular communication has instilled confidence in their process and promise. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something DesignTorontoWeb.ca could have done differently?

In the longer term, we may be looking at a potential UI/UX overhaul for our website, and a stronger design team at our company would make them a more comprehensive choice for these needs.
Currently, I don't see their design team meeting the high standards set by their SEO and communication efforts. Strengthening their design capabilities would make us an even more formidable one-stop solution for businesses like ours, offering excellent, full-spectrum digital marketing services.
