I’m the project manager for a real estate developer that creates affordable housing properties.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Treefrog Cinegraphix?

We wanted an updated website that was both user-friendly and appealing to viewers looking at our site for the first time, while at the same time making the website programming user-friendly for any of our team members to log in and make necessary changes.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Treefrog revamped our entire website. They were able to understand what we were looking for in the new site. They took our thoughts, ideas, and comments and translated that to the website. They built the site in WordPress and gave us a tutorial on how to use it. They also put together a very user-friendly manual so we can make small changes ourselves.

They continue to perform quarterly maintenance on the site. They’re also available to answer any questions that we have. If there are any updates that need to be made, or anything I need help with, they take care of it for us.

What is the team composition?

I've worked with two members of their team; they are very communicative and it's been a pleasure working with them.

How did you come to work with Treefrog Cinegraphix?

After doing our due diligence, Treefrog not only seemed to be the best option for the things we wanted to have created, but our first communication with them was nothing but pleasurable, which made them the perfect fit for our needs.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested what was needed to create a website that was both user-friendly to the viewer and to our team, who would be updating the website on an ongoing basis. The amount was very well spent.

What is the status of this engagement?

The website project took place from June 2016–January 2017. Quarterly maintenance is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s been a delight working with Treefrog. Before our website revamp, we did not have a way of tracking statistics to show us what pages were visited most frequently, etc. We not only have stats now, but we are also able to interact with our viewers through our Contact Us page, which is simple for the viewer and simple for us to send/receive messages. We now are able to help more people than we were able to previously.

How did Treefrog Cinegraphix perform from a project management standpoint?

They're really good at setting timelines and meeting deadlines. Their response time is always very quick. They usually respond to me that same day, and then have any issue resolved either that day or the next day. We continue to communicate via email as they perform the ongoing quarterly maintenance.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their response time, communication, ability to listen to our needs, and ability to produce a site that we are prideful to have linked to our name are most impressive about them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nope, I think they're great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

With the way today’s society is, websites are one of the first places a person goes to find out more information. A website isn’t something that should be overlooked by the entity; it should be their showcase of work. My advice is to do your due diligence, take the time to communicate with the team you’re working with, and most importantly, know that going with Treefrog will make the journey through website creation an enjoyable one.
