What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Achievement of R&D process that adhered to our standards and requirements. Initial website UX design approval. Website Design being achieved in a way that is approved by the board of directors. Launch of website and effective transition from the previous CMS.

The project management component was incredible. The team delivered everything on time for us, but with a global organization, and the need for input from various stakeholders, it was us as an organization that often caused delays. The team at Studio Lutalica was responsive, very compassionate, and patient throughout this process.

Regarding innovation, Studio Lutalica was always one step ahead of the curve. Their capacity to innovate and stay ahead of the competition through ground-breaking technology, creative business strategies, or disruptive products/services is remarkable. Studio Lutalica places a premium on satisfying its clientele and works tirelessly to provide memorable experiences. They care about their clients and actively seek out comments, complaints, and suggestions to improve their service. 

Studio Lutalica's leadership is commendable because visionary individuals guide the company and inspire their staff to achieve extraordinary success. A company's performance is directly tied to the quality of its leadership, and this company exemplifies that in every possible way. Studio Lutalica's CSR efforts show that the company is serious about making a good change in the world by caring about its actions' effects on people and the planet. 

We very much appreciate such efforts. Studio Lutalica's robust and cheerful business culture encourages employees to be themselves, celebrates differences, works together effectively, and looks out for one another's well-being.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Studio Lutalica could have done differently?

Beyond the overachievement and support they've provided, it's hard to say if there was something they could do different. They truly went above and beyond!

We're a charity working with anyone aged 18-24 in London who is homeless or unsafe.

Studio Lutalica provided the entire brand identity, assets and website for the London Youth Gateway, which is our biggest partnership project. They have also worked with New Horizon Youth Centre on several reports and created campaign assets and brand guidelines for our campaign work.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Lutalica have always been excellent at understanding and delivering on every brief. Their work is of exceptional quality, and they have been enormously flexible on timings and working with our limited budgets. Their assets and work have always delivered on brief and been very effective.

Nathalie and the team are always really responsive and accommodation. I've never worked with an organisation who are so on top of their comms. They have delivered on deadline, even when they have been tight.

There's a really clear values and mission match between our two organisations. It's rare to find a studio that has such a strong set of ethics and we were impressed by Studio Lutalica's commitment to empowering minoritized communities and working to tackle systemic oppression.

They are queer, feminist, and unapologetic in their politic, which is demonstrated in how they work with their clients. We love them!
