I'm a Digital Creative in a SaaS company, that offers a variety of digitalisation solutions to manufacturers and service providers.

Our website needed some change, we prepared the new design and needed someone to help us with its development and GA setup. The main goals were website development, pages redirection, animation creation.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for a company that would help us to roll out our new website in a short period of time and a clear communication flow.

We had a kick-off meeting where we agreed on the scope of work and what was expected of Greenpixel. After, we shared our wireframes in Figma, got Greenpixel's feedback and made some changes to it accordingly. Once the design was ready and adapted to work, their web-designer started creating our new website in Webflow. We had several iterations to it where we could request a couple of changes. Once the website was ready, Greenpixel also provided their GA expert who set up new analytics from scratch.

There were two people directly working with us - web developer and GA specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As our website was only recently launched, it is difficult to talk about quantifiable results but we can already see improvement in our online presence. The website looks exactly like we were imagining.

The workflow was structured very efficiently. There were no gaps in communication, all requests were addressed directly. We were mostly exchanging message via Slack and had occasional calls when necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

hey provided feedback very quickly and are always ready to help throughout. They are a pleasant and professional team. Even once the website was ready, their web developer was helping us out with some details and was recording explanatory videos. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It felt like there was not always clear communication internally, certain requests were not clearly communicated by the management. However, it did not interfere in a general process and deliverables.

EHR Media Group is a media production company that has its roots in radio. Our main business operations are based in Riga, Latvia. We currently have 5 fm radio stations - European Hit Radio, EHR SuperHits, EHR Russkiehiti, EHR Latviešu Hiti and RETRO FM Latvia, along with a plethora of digital music streams of various genres, making us the leading commercial radio group in our region.

I am currently working as the Digital Business and Product Director at EHR Media Group.

EHR hired GreenPixel to help us conceptualise the design of our new platform and bring our vision in to fruition. By doing this, we wanted to offer a more refined and up-to date music streaming and discovery service to our listeners. Moreover, along with the design of the new platform, we asked GreenPixel to create the brand book, logo design, and SM posters to accompany it.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a creative design agency with a proven track record and affordable prices. We chose GreenPixel because of their previous work on similar projects in our region as well as their proven expertise in the field.

The first step was research: It was essential for the design company to understand the main purpose of the platform to create all the necessary features and make the platform in the most efficient way possible.

After consulting with the designers, GreenPixel came up with a solution of how to freshen up the platform to best suit the needs of our customers and show off our products.

After that, GreenPixel started working on the first sketches, then low fidelity wireframes, creation of the mood board and brand book, creating a new logo and custom icons.

After making some minor corrections and getting our approval on the deliverables, their designers started working on the visuals of the project.

We worked together with two designers and a project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with the GreenPixel team, we were able to bring our new platform from idea to reality! As we requested, the main focus was put on the user experience of the platform since we wanted the platform to feel intuitive and easy to understand, thus encouraging new customers to develop loyalty to our brand. GP helped us achieve this goal! Overall, the project was a great success!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was simple and straight forward to communicate with the Green Pixel team. They were always on time, prepared for all the calls, and ready to listen and work on the problem solutions if such arose.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way GP approached our case by fully incorporating our brand identity in the new designs, making sure to align them to the vision and the mission of our company. We liked the speed of work done and showcased competence of the designers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the work done by GreenPixel, but there are always some areas for improvement. For example, the initial scope of the project was not clearly outlined so we had to address the issue in the first meetings we had.

Traffic Dog is a company that offers SEO services for start-ups, SMB, and enterprises. For a fixed monthly price we provide companies with incredible SEO services: helping generate organic traffic to their website and UI/UX optimization. I am the Chief Operations Officer at Traffic Dog, so it is my job to oversee the main processes and projects.

Our website was created 4 years ago and has become outdated, and did not convey our values or sell our product effectively: those users that visited the website were not converting into customers. We hired the GreenPixel team to provide the site design for us. By doing this, we were hoping to increase our traffic by the end of the year.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for web designers in our area. After reviewing up to 7 proposals, we have chosen Green Pixel because of the affordable price, attractive portfolio,and industry experience.

The work was conducted in 3 main stages - research, execution and maintenance. During the research stage, Green Pixel conducted calls with us and our team, during which we demonstrated our website, described how we make sales, the cost of our product, main selling points, our expectations for the project, etc.

During the second stage, Green Pixel has created wireframes for us, which we then tweaked from our side, until we had a concept that was perfect for our needs. They then went on to create new visuals for us in the form of a Figma file, with all of the fonts, colors, design elements. After this was approved, they went ahead and created a website on a no-code platform: Webflow.

In total, we worked with 2 people. Both were designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am satisfied with the work of designers- they implemented the design easily and overall our website started to look more user friendly. The prototypes and wireframes were simple to understand even to those in our team who did not have much IT experience. We all had access and connectivity commented on the project throughout the whole process.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

GreenPixel had a hands-on approach in building websites for their end clients. It is clear that they know what they are doing, they come prepared to each meeting, with data and presentations of what changes they want to implement and how that will positively benefit us.

Before we even started they sent us a whole list of questions that they wanted us to answer, in order to understand our situation as fully as possible. It was easy to communicate with designers, all feedback was provided on time. We had online meetings via Google Meet and phone calls as well.

Slack platform was also used for the communication. When creating prototypes and wireframes we commented directly on the project elements that we wanted to change, so the design team could see it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How close the prototype was to reality (we didn't lose any design elements, our vision was implemented exactly as we wanted). We also really liked the customer service, the designers were responsive, answered all of our questions and patiently explained when the product was delivered how this would be useful for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There seemed to be a little bit of miscommunication at the very beginning of the project regarding when it will be delivered, but after carefully discussing how long each step will take, we came to a conclusion and the work was delivered timely.

The scope was to produce performance ads (both still and animation) according to briefs made by our local teams for our 4 markets.

I worked closely with the project manager and the graphic and motion designer.

The collaboration was successful in the sense that it gave more freedom and time to the inhouse team to work on the brand and other more high level productions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective with our weekly set-up with meetings and a Trello board for tasks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

GreenPixel was highly flexible in terms of our needs.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

The same feedback has been given in person, and the area for improvement is better checks before delivering files to not have more feedback loops than necessary.

We were hoping to increase engagement in our slot machines and attract attention to the product. Moreover, we hoped that GreenPixel will move our marketing design material development to the higher level, what they did.

We have selected the GreenPixel design agency because of the good recommendations & affordable prices. But the most important factor for us was the portfolio they provided. As a CEO I was impressed by the projects they created for other clients.

The dedicated design team has been integrated into our project within a few days. The project plan and deadlines have been discussed with the project manager, afterwards I got my design team and after design production has been started. In case any urgent meeting was needed, we have had calls despite workload.

EKY Gaming mostly worked with the project manager and 2 designers. One of them was mostly focusing on our brandbook and another on the graphic design creation itself and marketing design materials and SM content. Project manager worked as a mediator between me and the design team. Firstly we agreed about prices, timing and then were working according to our plan, both sides agreed on.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am very satisfied with the professional work of the remote design team.  Successful cooperation and possibilities to ask questions any time they arise. I am satisfied with the GreenPixel developed materials and visual design. As a result, the attention to our slot machines increased and brand awareness as well, withing 3 months. I liked that now EKY Gaming can see the results and track the design work progress any time it will be needed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I liked that we agreed on the timing and deadlines of the project, that is why everything was delivered on time, despite the fact that all the team worked remotely. We were communicating through SLACK platform, google meet and around and sometimes phone calls if something urgent arised.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am impressed with the quality of the developed marketing materials. Content for social media I have received and with the work of the project manager - Michael, you are the best :) I evaluate it as a high professionalism.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It is crucial to identify from the beginning how many designers are working on the project. I would also suggest explaining in a more detailed way how design briefs should look like to avoid misunderstandings.

Mainly we work with 2 designers, but in case of emergency Green Pixel is always able to involve more designers for a project based tasks.

Effective and easy. Our dedicated design team works like internal team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Since our timezones are different, it's convenient when task comes to the evening and result is ready by morning, but I'd recommend them to extend the team with night shifts.
