We had So Swell Studio design a refreshed brand identity and some brochures for us. They delivered excellent work and we were really happy with it.

Meeting the brief we sent them before hand with our design needs. We needed a brand with a logo, colours, fonts, and design collateral for marketing

Yes all was on time and they were great to work with. They were very responsive to requests and always met deadlines.

Tanya at So Swell Studio is very creative and was excellent at understanding our needs. She asked some great questions and really created some well aligned materials. Everything is super on brand and well done.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Tanya created a complete branding package for us.  This included a few different logo designs, one of which we settled on, and a complete colour scheme which we use on all promotional materials, within the practice, and for all stationary. She also designed mockups for our website which our Website designer then completely incorporated into our new website. 
Her attention to detail was phenomenal. Our logo is designed to complement a construction design our architect came up with early in the process. Many people have commented on the similarity and it's always a delight to explain the processes to them. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've had many clients recognise our brand on social media. Many clients have commented on how much they like our branding and how it compliments the healthcare profession.  Our team is very confident in creating promotional materials or stationary knowing that everything will fit the image that we hope to present.

We are now 16 months into the new business and we are still impressed with her work. I have used Tanya's communication skills and deliverables as a benchmark for how we should be interacting with other companies that we have engaged with as a new business. I have frequently referred to Tanya when discussing how happy or comfortable we are engaging services for things like social media or marketing. She really spoiled us for what we feel we should expect from dealing with companies in general.

All of our comments and likes and dislikes were incorporated into the design process. Tanya was incredibly consistent with deliverables on time. Every presentation was concise and she was incredibly knowledgeable about her job and her role in helping us to start up a new business.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Her attention to detail was phenomenal. Her ability to redirect us when we got enthusiastic or overwhelmed was really important. As a new company we didn't really know what we wanted or needed to do, and she was able to explain processes to us and walk us through decisions. The quality of her work is excellent.

We are incredibly happy with everything she did and provided for us.
