1. New website launched: A fully designed and functional website was created and launched for Sprout Speakers.
2. Clearer brand positioning: Sprout’s services, target audience, and value proposition are now communicated clearly and consistently across the website.
3. Professional brand presence: The new visual identity and website established a cohesive, polished brand presence that reflects the quality and positioning of the business.
4. Improved customer journey: Website navigation, service descriptions, and calls to action were structured to make it easier for prospective clients to understand the offering and take the next step.

So Swell under-promised and over-delivered.  They were ahead of time on everything, and anything that I asked for was discussed and implemented immediately.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Finding someone to bring a new brand to life is terrifying when you have ridiculously high standards.  I care A LOT about communication, aesthetics, creativity, and timelines, so I was honestly nervous about finding the right person.

Then I found Tanya at So Swell Studio -  and I genuinely felt like I had hit the jackpot. She instantly gave me confidence that I was in the right hands. She is incredibly responsive, has an amazing eye for what works (and what absolutely does NOT), and somehow manages to be both wildly creative and exceptionally organized. And the website she created for me?!  AMAZING. 

It is beyond anything I could have dreamed up myself, and I am so incredibly grateful. Tanya, thank you for taking my vision and turning it into something even better than I imagined. I could not recommend So Swell Studio more highly. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something So Swell Studio could have done differently?

Absolutely none.  Tanya even worked through a cold that she was fighting.  The reliability, skill, creativity and customer service cannot be matched.  I'd like to see someone try.

We had So Swell Studio design a refreshed brand identity and some brochures for us. They delivered excellent work and we were really happy with it.

Meeting the brief we sent them before hand with our design needs. We needed a brand with a logo, colours, fonts, and design collateral for marketing

Yes all was on time and they were great to work with. They were very responsive to requests and always met deadlines.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Tanya created a complete branding package for us.  This included a few different logo designs, one of which we settled on, and a complete colour scheme which we use on all promotional materials, within the practice, and for all stationary. She also designed mockups for our website which our Website designer then completely incorporated into our new website. 
Her attention to detail was phenomenal. Our logo is designed to complement a construction design our architect came up with early in the process. Many people have commented on the similarity and it's always a delight to explain the processes to them.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've had many clients recognise our brand on social media. Many clients have commented on how much they like our branding and how it compliments the healthcare profession.  Our team is very confident in creating promotional materials or stationary knowing that everything will fit the image that we hope to present.

We are now 16 months into the new business and we are still impressed with her work. I have used Tanya's communication skills and deliverables as a benchmark for how we should be interacting with other companies that we have engaged with as a new business. I have frequently referred to Tanya when discussing how happy or comfortable we are engaging services for things like social media or marketing. She really spoiled us for what we feel we should expect from dealing with companies in general.

All of our comments and likes and dislikes were incorporated into the design process. Tanya was incredibly consistent with deliverables on time. Every presentation was concise and she was incredibly knowledgeable about her job and her role in helping us to start up a new business.

Her attention to detail was phenomenal. Her ability to redirect us when we got enthusiastic or overwhelmed was really important. As a new company we didn't really know what we wanted or needed to do, and she was able to explain processes to us and walk us through decisions. The quality of her work is excellent.
