AdMind was pivotal in the branding efforts for NASCAR's partnership with ABB. They designed the branding for the partnership launch, including creating designs for the midway spaces, signage, lockup logo, and brand video. Additionally, AdMind helped integrate ABB's new brand positioning in a visual relaunch, that included a new car livery, primary visual, shirts, and meeting room spaces. Their approach ensured a cohesive and impactful brand presence for both the partnership.

The scope of work for this project included developing a comprehensive visual identity for the AI for Changemakers Accelerator, with the goal of bridging the synergy between AI's technological potential and the mission-driven work of nonprofits. Key deliverables included:

Visual Identity System: A distinctive logotype, a foundational brand book with color palettes, typography, and logo guidelines, and a layout framework for cohesive graphic materials.
AI-Generated Imagery: Custom visuals created using AI tools (MidJourney) to emphasize the innovative nature of the initiative.
Disruption Shape: A dynamic graphic element representing AI’s transformative potential in the social sector.
Promotional Video: A creative and engaging two-minute video showcasing the mission and impact of Tech To The Rescue, designed to inspire and mobilize stakeholders.
The deliverables ensured consistency with Tech To The Rescue’s branding while introducing dynamic and impactful elements that aligned with the accelerator’s mission and amplified the organization’s story.

Enhanced Brand Recognition:

The new visual identity provided a cohesive and professional look, aligning with the mission of Tech To The Rescue (TTTR) and resonating with both tech companies and nonprofits.

The two-minute promotional video effectively communicated TTTR’s mission, resulting in increased engagement from stakeholders, including tech companies, donors, and nonprofit organizations.
Program Visibility:

The AI for Changemakers Accelerator gained stronger visibility across target audiences through the visually compelling assets, including AI-generated imagery and the "Disruption Shape" metaphor.

I believe it's very difficult to bring creativity and high quality design on the B2B field. Admind had a big value for a B2B company. They are used to work on different B2B companies. Sometimes the CE are too high when clearly it should not be expensive. Sometimes they need to be a little bit more flexible when we required a simple task.

As part of the assigned tasks, a creative concept of the campaign, a communication strategy and a media plan were developed, the entire campaign was coordinated, and PR services were provided. 
and ePR during the campaign, and content marketing services were purchased as part of the "Małopolska - travel destination" project. A communication brief, a creative concept for the campaign, key visuals and scenarios for spots, podcasts and ambient marketing activities were created.

They tried to find solutions that satisfied us and were very flexible in their approach to our comments and expectations.

The campaign concerned the tourist promotion of the region and was carried out during a very difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic and then the outbreak of war in Ukraine. Therefore, their commitment to solving current problems and flexibility in running the campaign deserve special recognition.

I am comms director at a weekly newspaper that was first published 75 years ago. Besides of publishing we also organize arts, literature and science festivals.

​Tygodnik Powszechny is one of the leading Polish weekly opinion magazines with a long history which started back in the communism era. Since an important anniversary for us was approaching we wanted to find a partner who would help us in communicating it in an interesting way that could resonate well particularly with our younger readers. Admind prepared a communication strategy for us and a handful of visual materials which we used during the campaign.

​We got assigned a team consisting of a project manager, creative director, social media manager and a lead designer to fulfil our needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our branding was improved during the year in which we were commemorating the 75th anniversary. Our online presence, especially in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), was improved, quality of the layout and messeging delivered by Admind greatly helped with that.

Communication skills are definitely an important asset of Admind. We worked in agile methodology and encountered no problems or issues with workflow and deadlines.

I am the project coordinator for the OaSIS Project at the Cracow University of Technology (Politechnika Krakowska). With our project, we hope to analyze Big Data around small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to improve segmentation methods, foster innovation, and support business growth.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to disseminate our project’s findings to a wide community of stakeholders, focusing on regional development agencies. As an international consortium, we have to satisfy our Polish, Belgian, and Spanish partners as well as winning an official procurement bid from the European Commission to get the best value for our money.

All candidates, including Admind Agency, had to go through a public procurement process. I reviewed their portfolio and chose them because of their expertise. They also presented the best value for our money.

Describe the project in detail.

The OaSIS Project is a research project that seeks to provide thorough analyses of existing segmentation approaches for SMEs. Our performance-based methodology allows us to uncover patterns and correlations among innovating SMEs. 

By identifying and spotting early success metrics, regional development and innovation agencies can create new, optimized funding schemes to target enterprises with the highest growth potential. This also gives us a chance to assess the effectiveness of current regional support mechanisms.

Admind Agency is working with us to disseminate our project’s findings to a wide audience. So far, they’ve developed all of our branding and communication materials, created a website, and are now helping us prepare an official procurement bid for the European Commission.

I work directly with a project manager who does an outstanding job. I’ve also had a few meetings with their creative team to go over our vision.

Admind Agency has helped us deliver all of our materials in time to meet the European Commission’s tight deadlines. This is mainly thanks to their project manager’s effective communication skills.

Our product in general gained recognition across platforms. Our YouTube channel has reached 77k subscribes, our videos were highly viewed on Facebook (about 7k viewers per material) our festival was featured in all the nation-wide media, including an extra weekend special to Tygodnik Powszechny (50k pieces)
