Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the President and Founder of Hemp for Healthcare in Alaska, a social, political, and industrial initiative to revolutionize the economy of Alaska with Hemp and create a Healthcare for All system here in Alaska.

We hired Burning Heads for Logo Development.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal of this project was to create a logo that would inspire public confidence and look governmental in a way that represented Alaska professionally globally.

How did you select this vendor?

The founder of Burning Heads connected with me on LinkedIn and after a variety of discovery Skype calls he was equipped to understand my mission and we agreed to work together.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The process began with a series of Skype discovery calls where the founder asked questions that helped him truly understand my needs. Then they began work and provided me with samples of logo suggestions and then color choices. Then we decided on the final logo and he transmitted me images I could use in my website and marketing.

What was the team composition?

I am not aware of team composition. I just worked directly with Burning head's founder.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The logo has been widely accepted as a professional representation of the program and has moved the branding of the company to a whole new level. It has been a great success and I still look at that logo with much pride and motivation as I walk this journey by faith.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very easy to work with the founder of Burning Heads. He communicated well and through both email and LinkedIn. He was very professional and very adaptive to my schedule and time zone to complete a powerful end product.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The professionalism and the end product were most impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not at this time. I am very impressed and grateful for their professionalism and end product.

I’m the owner of a medical marijuana delivery service in Northern California.

What challenge were you trying to address with Burning Heads?

We wanted to redo our website and drive more traffic on Google through an SEO strategy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Alex (Founder, Burning Heads) built a completely new website and he’s currently working on SEO. 

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact was Alex. I’m not sure if he has other people working with him on my account. 

How did you come to work with Burning Heads? 

I was working with someone else but wasn’t fully satisfied. Then, I found Alex on Linkedin. I looked at a few other vendors as well, but he was able to provide more value for our money. 

How much have you invested with them?

The website redesign cost us $600-800 and the SEO work he’s doing has cost about $150 so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in Fall 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

He shared some of the SEO metrics with our team and we were happy with it. They're also very communicative and flexible. 

How did Burning Heads perform from a project management standpoint?

Alex communicates with me every day. Even though he is based in Ukraine, we’ve set up a time where we can talk on the phone on a regular basis. He’s willing to hop online anytime I need help. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Anything I’ve wanted him to do, he’s done. He’s very knowledgable and professional. The price is also great. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There is some language barrier since English is Alex’s second language, but it hasn’t affected our work much. Sometimes communication is a little slower, but he’s great. 

Do you have advice for potential customers? 

It would be helpful to be aware of the possible language barrier so that you can communicate clearly and effectively.
