I’m the marketing director of Scania, a company that provides sustainable transport solutions worldwide, focusing on innovative mobility for businesses and society. We have an R&D center in Sweden and production plants in Europe and South America.

What challenge were you trying to address with Imagine Tact?

We needed help with our marketing initiatives.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Imagine Tact has handled all the production of marketing materials, content, campaign design, and many other tasks. Some of the projects they’ve worked on include Scania roadshows, starting in 2010; digital events during the pandemic; European regional campaigns for parts, services, and young European truck driver events.

Someone referred them to us. We chose them over other options because they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in November 2010, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Imagine Tact has delivered great projects that are very well implemented. As a result, we’ve seen higher sales and growth in our market share, which has increased from almost 5% to 15% in 10 years.

How did Imagine Tact perform from a project management standpoint?

Imagine Tact’s project management is good. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Imagine Tact’s fast and good responses, great quality, and good prices are impressive.
