Please describe your company and your position there.

Mania Riders provides a wide array of bespoke services providing safe, reliable, professional fluid and dynamic services on two wheels. My current position is the Content and Creative Director at Mania Riders Ltd

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Lebu Studio, and what were your goals?

We hired Lebu Studio to handle our branding to communicate the design language and feel of our brand. We wanted to make sure the brand was able easily communicate our vision to our stakeholders.

How did you select this vendor?

We sent out bids and we were able to settle on Lebu Studio through the value they offered through understanding the brand and exceptional customer service throughout the whole process

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

After winning the bid, we prepared a brand immersion to ensure the team from Lebu were able to learn as much about our brand as possible. After this they shared Styleguide that allowed us to select which direction we wanted our brand to go to after we selected the preferred direction, they went and worked on design options for the logo and branding assets of the brand.. After the selection, were able to agree with the designs and after that we were able to get the final designs and were able to have a fully fleshed our brand.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

From the vendor's team, we worked directly with 3 members Client service executive, Creative director and the Lead graphic designer who were great during the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because of the project and how Lebu Studio delivered our visual, we were able to see a steady growth in brand recall and through a cohesive brand language, we were able to provide value and had a significant increase in sales after the branding.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had weekly meetings to keep up with the status of the project however we also communicated through WhatsApp, phone calls and emails to keep track of any urgent changes and to keep things within the expected timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The one thing we found impressive and unique was how prompt and efficient they were. Any communication from us was quickly addressed and from the immersion session to the completion of the projects, we found their internal structure and communication channels were clear and transparent making it easy to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They mostly communicated via mail but for day to day I could've preferred WhatsApp.
