We are going through a Digital Transformation project right now. It involves combining multiple websites into a single user experience. We hired Shoreditch to help modernize and combine the existing workflows into a single cohesive experience and deliver Figma mockups to help our development team with the design.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Shoreditch delivered a core and functional component library along with workflows for how users would interact with the site. They kept our team engaged throughout the entire process and were able to keep the project on track. We had weekly status meetings to discuss the next action items and offer feedback on the progress.

Shoreditch did a fantastic job of keeping the project on track. Our team is very busy with things outside of the UX/UI work Shoreditch was working on, and they made sure to hold us accountable (in a good way!) to keep the project on track.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Shoreditch did a fantasic job of evaluating all of our legacy sites and combining them into a new experience. We were able to offer as much commentary as we wanted, and even though we were sometimes vague with the requests, they were able to turn everything into a fantastic new design. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Shoreditch Design could have done differently?

I don't think there's much I would change about the engagement. I would have liked to spend a little more time on video calls explaining how some parts of the website should work, but I would say that limitation was more around our team than the Shoreditch team. Anytime I asked to dig into something further they always made it happen.

To create a long-format video and four short-format to be used in social media short videos to articulate the overall vision and benefits of TeamSportz to our players, coaches and teams.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to showcase the benefits of TeamSportz to our players and coaches rather than focus on the underlining technology

How did you select Shoreditch Design Studio?

I already used the Shoreditch Design Studio to design our mobile and website. The output of their work was my criteria for wanting to continue working with them.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.

The process started by getting to know the video editor Ryan on an intro call where I had the opportunity to talk about the why of TeamSportz to expand my motivations beyond the video brief document; Ryan then sourced assets, wrote a storyboard and presented a rough video sequence. This then evolved into improving some of the sequences, we went over the copy a few times to make sure the graphics aligned with the copy

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

It was easy to manage the project because Shoreditch Design Studio comms and planning could not have been easier they were invited into our Slack and google docs made it easy to collaborate

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have said before and I say again - we don't envision we would be working with any other team other than with Shoreditch Design Studio. Andrew, Ryan and Flo have been ever so outstanding, accommodating of our feedback and manage to capture TeamSportz vision so perfectly that we have received volunteer feedback from our coaches, investors, and players.

Effective because they were available and embedded into our Slack

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their creativity. They have the ability to take a simple, often rough, brief and turn it into much more than what I envisioned.

 I'm the VP of marketing for a global distributor of customized workwear, equipment, industrial supplies, PPE, fall protection, and tools for industries like tower maintenance, oil and gas, wind generation, and utilities. We offer products from leading brands and expert support.

 We needed help redesigning our new backend B2B platform, which would also apply to our B2C efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Shoreditch Design helped us redesign our new backend B2B platform, which would also apply to our B2C efforts. The team created a core asset library for developers and marketers to reference. Additionally, Shoreditch Design designed the UX/UI components and structure that would feed our new website.

 We worked with five teammates from Shoreditch Design.

 Someone referred Shoreditch Design to us. We chose them over other options because they met our timeline and aligned with our approach.

 We started working with Shoreditch Design in June 2025, and our engagement is wrapping in October 2025.

 Shoreditch Design delivered within our timeline and stayed on budget. The new asset library will allow for consistency across our websites and have a positive impact on the customer experience.

 Shoreditch Design's approach was well-defined, and they delivered weekly on their responsibilities, keeping us on task and on budget. The people at Shoreditch Design were extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They brought a fresh perspective and ideas but also challenged old-school ways of thinking to advance the project and deliverables.

Shoreditch design were extremely flexible to our needs, they listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that. Everything was on time, there were no hidden extras, delays or problems. Communitcation was fantastic across the board, with regular check ins, meetings and messages. I really could not fault them in any way shape or form.

We had a concept to make a complex part of our work easy, and for our customers to be able to self serve some of the services they most liked.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was introduced to Shorditch Design and we met to discuss requirements face to face and sometimes on video call.

We worked with Andrew, and he helped us to story board out what the software would become. He gave it its own feel and branding and helped to make the project a real living, breathing thing.

I worked with one source of contact throughout, and Andrew was the person designing and consulting, which was very helpful and time edficient.

My software went on to make hundreds of sales and gave it a very investable foundation for the future.
