Moreover, Eightfold was consistent with meeting timelines and providing updates on Jira. They created a project management calendar at the beginning of our engagement to map out all the project’s milestones and ultimately met them.

We use Figma when we have comments regarding their designs and Google Sheets when we’re working with a very content-heavy area where we need to share a lot of feedback. Overall, I’ll continue to work with them and rank them above all the other agencies I worked with. However, I must say that the most important thing for us is their excellent communication skills because we worked with agencies before that had great designers but they didn’t know how to communicate which ultimately ruined our experience.
