We are a General Contractor, which specializes in damage restoration, roofing, and general contracting services. I am the owner of the company

For what projects/services did your company hire Faceless Digital, and what were your goals?

Faceless Digital was hired to help with our overall digital marketing presence. They've assisted us with SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and running our Social Media Accounts. Our goals were to increase our overall brand awareness and bring in more clients through online digital marketing efforts.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed multiple different Digital Marketing Agencies and decided that based on both companies cultures Faceless Digital appeared to be the best overall fit for our construction company

We first started by going over our companies past experiences with other digital agencies, what had gone right, and what we felt had gone wrong. We then discussed what our overall goals were and how we felt our new digital agency could help us reach and achieve those goals. After establishing a gameplan to incorporate SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing we set up KPI and tacking methods to determine our overall ROI on the various strategies that were implemented

We had an assigned Account Manager that kept us in the loop every step of the way

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had an overall growth rate of over 100% year after year for all key metrics, overall impressions, click-through rate, website clicks, etc..

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were available anytime we needed them to be either via phone or email. We set up monthly account overview call to review our progress and traction that had been made towards our companies digital growth

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication and willingness to adapt, as we did. Faceless Digital has essentially become an extension of our brand. They are extremely communicative and are constantly offering ways for our website and digital presence to not only improve online but even make constant suggestions on how to improve other aspects of our business that intertwine with our digital presence

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At this point, no. They have been as good as we could ask for
